I lived overseas. I bought an apartment developed by Seven Capital 2 years ago. I did have some problem on the Council Tax. Since there has been lockdown for over a year, the communication between me & the Council was jeopardised. The worst is I cannot fly to UK to sort out the problem myself, but the staff (Isabella Evans) of Seven Capital is very helpful. She helped me to contact the right person in Council, and got back the refund which was kept 12 months ago. I was really satisfied with their service, and would not hesitate to recommend Seven Capital to any friend who is interested in overseas investment.

Acquiring UK property as an investment from Seven Capital was made very simple from start to finish, especially important to me as I don't live in the UK. The aftersales process was particularly impressive, with Sharon Plevin coordinating all aspects of the purchase - from conveyancing, mortgages and rental. Once completed, I was more than happy with the property, giving great confidence in the investment. Would readily buy again and recommend to anyone.

Not only did she contact me regularly to check whether she could be of further assistance, but she was also was in contact with both my lender and solicitor to ensure everything was being actioned in order to meet the handover deadline. I am not a UK resident and having someone taking such a personal interest in ensuring my transaction was successfully concluded was very comforting. Excellent customer service. It has been a pleasure dealing with David Bailey and his team. With C-19 travel restrictions I had the inability to physically attend handover, and without David and his team's support I would not have had the peace of mind during completion of the transaction. I bought a flat from seven capital hoping for strong rental yields. Unfortunately just before we exchanged seven capital decided to change their company ownership. neither seven capital nor the solicitor they recommended bothered to inform me about this. Now i have paid the money and can’t complete as ownership change is apparently delayed!! Worst of all no one bothers to tell me when will this be fixed and its been 3 months already. Absolutely unprofessional and scandalous builder who can’t be trusted with your investment. Despite complaining multiple times to the management i got no clear timelines or any compensation . Please avoid entering into any transaction as the company operates in a very opaque manner. There are much better and trust worthy builders out there who will Atleast ensure you get what you pay for!!
