However I have made some “accidental” calls when I have inadvertently knocked the button and the staff responding have always been very understanding and reassuring. As my fall happened some time ago I am unable to put a date on it, but the experience gives me confidence that there is always someone there if I need them.

They are most helpful and positively encourage you to test your system at least monthly, this helps them but it also gives us confidence that it will work should you need it. Sadly we did have to use it once and everything worked like it should do with help being summoned to help out within minutes. Totally recommend Lifeconnect24 to anyone.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2025The email regarding upgrade. It should be made clear that if your landline to your property remains copper wires, you do not require the upgrade. If the email was more explicit, then the company would reduce the number calls in response to the message.
