I've only had one emergency a couple of years ago but it was dealt with so quickly - I was so impressed with Life Connect 24. I phone to test my line every few months and always the person who answers is polite and helpful.

I have been lucky in only needing to call once in an emergency, when everything was handled very efficiently and help was with me very quickly. However I have made some “accidental” calls when I have inadvertently knocked the button and the staff responding have always been very understanding and reassuring. As my fall happened some time ago I am unable to put a date on it, but the experience gives me confidence that there is always someone there if I need them.

Lifeconnect24 always make everything easy and therefore gives us peace of mind. They are most helpful and positively encourage you to test your system at least monthly, this helps them but it also gives us confidence that it will work should you need it. Sadly we did have to use it once and everything worked like it should do with help being summoned to help out within minutes. Totally recommend Lifeconnect24 to anyone.

Jos was extremely helpful when I had to swap my mothers lifeline supplier to lifeline365. Easy to change and clear instructions on how to set up the new box which I should receive tomorrow.

I am glad to know I have the alarm but it is a nuisance that this one needs recharging pretty much every day and it is ugly and bulky! Preferred one I had previously which was quite attractive but had bad reception in my house.

The email regarding upgrade. It should be made clear that if your landline to your property remains copper wires, you do not require the upgrade. If the email was more explicit, then the company would reduce the number calls in response to the message.

I`m 77 years old and live on my own so the Lifeconnect24 system gives myself, and especially my children, peace of mind. The response time to the few occasions that the system has been used has been excellent, as has the professionalism of the operator.
