Phone calls were answered quickly, with no recorded messages or multiple choice options. Call were returned just as promptly. The alarm was delivered as promised and was easy to set up.

The only problem was an apparent glitch which delayed the transmission of the form containing emergency contact names. This did eventually go through but only after quite a lot of time filling in duplicates by phone.

He was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable on all services. He asked the right questions to ensure I got the right package for my needs. Any doubts were covered and aftercare services explained. After speaking with him I was confident this was the right package for us which is excellent value for money compared to other organisations. I hope when we need to use the alert service the rest of the team live up to the high expectations set by Jos!

I rang Chloe at the sales centre who could not have been more helpful, going through the product, prices, functions and support in detail. She also answered the questions I had and went through costs in detail, which were just as advertised on the web site. The alarm arrived the next day by noon via Royal Mail. It was easy to set up and the test calls were answered within seconds giving the family reassurances. Very impressed with this company and its representatives

Although it was a false alarm ( I’d caught the pendant while filling my washing machine) the gentleman answering was so understanding and genuine. When I’d explained what had happened he reset my box. I know I can always rely on Lifeconnect24.
