Great company but a few hiccups this time!

Great service and very pleased with the work that the team have done on my bike. The collection/delivery team are super helpful and friendly. Only thing that I was disappointed in was the customer service response. It took days, rather than the published hours, for the team to pick up my email and get back to me, which meant I missed my original delivery slot.

It has been over 2 weeks since they collected my bike. They were very quick to quote for extra repairs. After paying over £350 ( only 1/3 for parts) and waiting 1 week I have taken a day off to stay home as it was agreed drop off date. No one came, no communication, no updates, no bike. After few emails I received a response they have been waiting for parts should be next few days and I will have my bike early next week. Another week past, no bike , no money, no communication, no updates. I sent multiple emails, tried to contact on multiple platforms. Nothing, complete ignorance. Customer service non existent. I am worried if I ever see my bike again. I might have to report this one to the police.

Great service. So easy and was kept informed of works needed by email which was perfect for the middle of a work day. Pleasant guys who picked up and dropped off the bike too. Definitely will use again!

Appalling. Having used them for a service on two bikes last year and being generally pleased with them, I'm very unhappy with them now. They've had two wheels in for repair for over a month. Their comms have been awful, I've had to repeatedly chase them for updates. They failed to deliver one of my wheels back to me as promised before a trip.... and still haven't got back to me as to what's going on with the other one.

Sent the bike in to get a specific issue fixed, but then they wouldn't give the bike back unless I paid super high prices for some really minor additional works they deemed "safety critical". Then when I got it back they had totally screwed up those additional works making the bike less safe, plus had failed to remedy the initial specific issue, plus had managed to leave my shifter loose on my handlebars so super unsafe (also there was no works done which would require the shifters be loosened so no clue how that even happened...). Utter trainwreck, I would not trust them to make a cup of tea, let alone dismantle the bike I trust my life on.

These guys have gone into Administration so I wouldnt leave them with your bike as you may never see it again!! If their bike maintenance is anything like their business planning then they are 1 star.

My car is not big enough to carry my sons bicycle and have bike were the most convenient way to get his bicycle fixed. Very well done and good customer service.

Total con. Ridiculous add on charges to the 'service cost'. Go to your local bike shop and avoid these scammers.

I have used have bike before and will continue using them for much longer. The technical support was excellent and despite some issues with delayed delivery, the staff handled it very professionally and provided an excellent service throughout. Many thanks.

Expensive and issues raised not fixed

Two day turnaround and easy to use. Just been out for a ride and it all feels smooth. Definitely recommend.
