Picked my bike up on the Tuesday following a straightforward online booking process. Bike was serviced the following day during which they checked with me if I was happy to pay for recommended additional work. Bike returned on the Thursday and during the whole process I was kept updated with progress by email. A great outfit

My local mechanic directed me to a Brompton specialist some way away, which I didn't fancy, and I immediately thought of Havebike, who provide 'to-the-door' service. This was my first experience of using Havebike and was really impressed with how quickly I got booked in, the great service, that everything went to plan, the communication, and the drivers were lovely and courteous. Of course the bike is great and I'd forgotten how nicely it can ride. Havebike made it so easy! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Havebike.

United Kingdom | 20 January 2022Totally recommend this company. Had my son’s bike serviced recently and when it was returned he said it was like having a new bike. The collection and return (from my home) were both within the timeframe specified and any queries I had were dealt with really efficiently. All staff I have communicated with have been friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely use havebike every time we have any bike issues. Much better service than any of my local bike shops and no need to even leave home! Excellent.

My severely neglected bike was booked in for a service and after thorough checks, it was obvious that a lot more work was needed. Havebike talked me through the options and we agreed a package of works that have made my bike safe again but also better than ever to ride. They are knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to deal with after years of trying to find a good bike service company. I will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

They checked with me to see which parts of the repair / upgrades I did or didn't want them to go ahead with on my Brompton and everything was very clear. The best bit was the customer service. I'd purchased 2 new tyres to fit to the bike, but forgot to hand them to the driver on collection. This wasn't a problem, then next day a local driver was in the area and gave me a call to arrange collection of the tyres. The day after that the bike was dropped off again in brilliant condition and working tip-top. Communication was first class and booking pick-up / drop-off slots was a breeze.

United Kingdom | 05 January 2022The pick-up and drop-off were friendly and on time, and Havebike kept me abreast of what needed fixing, including the reason for the service taking so long (I think it took more time than usual over Christmas to get a replacement cassette). So unless it falls apart when I resume commuting, I've got no complaints.

Barbara was extremely accommodating and understanding, during a busy time of year for everyone (December) she was flexible on both collecting and returning the bike. I believe the technician I spoke to was called Mike, he was also very helpful and explained all the bike jargon.

United Kingdom | 19 December 2021Havebike were really brilliant - clear communication all the way through, fixed some tricky issues, and no more expensive than a normal bike workshop despite coming to collect and redeliver (within days!). Our bike is unusual too - a big electric cargo bike - but that didn’t faze them at all.

Whilst this one needed the most work and there was (a 3rd party responsible) delay on some of the parts that needed to come in, the HaveBike workshop kept me fully up-to-date on progress and the work that needed doing every step of the way. Bike return was also as smooth as ever - many thanks to Barbara for the excellent timing!
