Since then, I've been in communication with all of your maintenance coordinators, and Jack Smyth has been leading the effort since late December. It's incredibly frustrating that it's taken over two months to initiate this job, and I find myself having to call every single day, leave voicemails, or speak to your colleagues without any progress. Frankly, I'm disheartened by the level of service provided. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could seriously address this issue and expedite a resolution as soon as possible. I am available to be contacted via phone, email, or any other medium you prefer. I hope this message is received with understanding and a genuine desire to rectify the situation.

The property we were staying in was sold to another landlord and we were not informed and woke up one day to a new person claiming that we need to pay rent to them having already paid that months rent. Half of the rent was paid to the old landlord and until this day we are not able to get a refund and I have been calling them for over a month and I get told that ‘nothing can be done if the landlord isn’t responding and we’re trying’ with absolutely no updates or communication on what’s happening. I am completely and utterly disappointed. Completely unacceptable behavior from a presumably ‘high value service’ agency. Will never rent a property managed by them again and have advised everyone I know not to do the same. Don’t do it unless you wanna waste your money and time.
