Kuwait | 19 December 2022I’ve been with Ezytrac for a few years now. Initially they were very good, but they fell off very bad. They don’t respond to emails when you have a request and have to chase them or almost beg them to reply. But they are fast to send emails when they need money. The quality of staff is gone down unfortunately. I might as well manage it myself then go through this crap. Avoid this company and pay a little extra to not go through headaches. It’s not about the price but the quality of service.

They have the worst customer service and majority of the jobs done at my property have been botched. They don’t take any complaints seriously and really doing a disservice to all the property they are managing. You will rarely get a hold of them over the phone & email replies are extremely slow.
