From my records it appeared that Ezytrac had paid this on my behalf at the time. I emailed Sheila with the information I could find and by the next morning she had confirmed that there was no outstanding balance and the council had made a mistake. The summons was cancelled. Thank you for promptly resolving an issue which could have caused me a lot of stress!

United Kingdom | 02 March 2023Awful. They didn't pass certain invoices to me until I was threatened with debt recovery action and then refused to admit wrongdoing or remedy it. Everything you ask them to do is met with delays and arguments. Sometimes you don't even get a response. They did exactly the same thing to my brother too. Such a shame because Gladfish, their sister company, are very good when selling you good value properties, but Ezytrac ruin it by the way they treat their property management customers.
