He was meticulous in making sure that everything was taken care of, from the initial reference check to the set-up of the utilities, especially the check-in which had to happen during a holiday. PS. I also like the reference tool Ezytrac is using. It was smooth.

United Kingdom | 16 April 2023As a "Property Management Agency" Ezytrac are incredibly weak. Of the few things that they actually did, they did badly and unprofessionally. We rented a property that was managed by them for roughly 4 years. During this period we only asked them to do one single thing and that was to fix a smoke alarm. The alarm was of a type that had a battery as well as mains connection, and in our case it was the mains connection that failed. I contacted EZYTrac as my understanding is (and I believe to be correct) that this is exactly the kind of thing they are supposed to sort out. They didn't, they said it was the responsiblity of the development company and passed me their contact details (essentially expecting me to do their work). The developers in turn refused to take responsibility and asked me to contact another third party. This third party also refused to take responsibility. I contacted EZYTrac and firstly complained that they'd expected me to do all this (what exactly are property managers supposed to be doing?) and insisted that they do something about it. They did nothing. The smoke alarm was left broken for the rest of our tennancy. We relied on a couple of other smoke alarms but in a post-Grenfell world I found this to be rather disturbing and dissapointing. At the end of the tennancy EZYTrac sent me the deductions from the deposit. Some of the cost items were ridiculous including one that was for A BROKEN SMOKE ALARM! We contested this and some of the other charges e.g. £15 for a leaving a new toilet roll in the bathroom! Weeks went by and further emails resulted in EZYTrac saying they were taking it to arbitration. More weeks went by and when we approached them again they said it was our duty to keep tags on them (EZYTrac) and that we should have nagged them to take this further, very unprofessional! We realised at this point that their staff are underqualified and undertrained. Again we waited for some action from them and nothing happened. We had to go directly to the adjuticators and create the case ourselves. It ended up being over 3 months after the tenancy had ended while the money was sitting at the TDS account so neither us nor EZYTrac nor the landlords saw any of the deposit. Throughout our communications with EZYTrac it was clear they were disorganised. Other examples include sending us fairly alarming late payment demands even though we'd paid consistently on time every month, sending emails to the wrong people, either intentionally avoiding our calls or just not having enough staff to answer the phone, not able to find emails- all things I would consider basic admin. If I were a landlord using EZYTrac to manage my property I would ask what service I'm paying for exactly as it didn't seem like they provided any value to either tenant or landlord.

United Kingdom | 13 April 2023Unfortunately still a tenant under this company and have been for 1.5 years. Never respond to emails or questions, last summer I questioned them about randomly receiving bills for communal charges which are not in my contract and I started to receive after 6 months of being in the property. When I asked about this nobody responded, now 8 months later they are threatening me with a debt collection agency, haven’t confirmed or replied to any of my questions. Are always so rude and take over a week to reply. And after checking the reviews it looks like this is an ongoing issue their side. Luna and Sheila are extremely rude and unprofessional. I even had an issue with my front door last year where I was locked in! I contacted them on the weekend and the ‘emergency number’ was OFF! Shambles of a company.
