Gladfish/Ezytrac has a great team who is very knowledgeable and patient! James and Ryan spent hours with us running through the different opportunities they have, how to structure the investment and answered all my questions. The 2 year cash flow provided for each project was very helpful! A very experienced team and definitely one of the best.

I am a landlord. Ezytrac put bad tenants in my properties who recked the place. Ezytrac are very expensive. The cost of gas test, boiler servicing and maintenance are massively over priced. Ezytrac make a lot of money from this. Brett Alegre-Wood is behind this. His company arrange the sale of over-priced poor quality new build that will loose you a lot of money. Don't make the mistakes that I did.

My daughters washer/ dryer stopped working 7 weeks ago. It’s finally been replaced this week. It’s ridiculous how long it’s taken to sort the problem with emails going missing and incorrect mobile numbers ( my daughter gave them her new number when she changed phones). In the end mum ( me ) had to intervene. Thank god Jonathon Metcalfe one of the maintenance managers got the ball rolling and finally got it sorted for us. It was good that I could talk to him directly and if Hannah has any future issues she will ring him.

Ran into difficulties picking up the keys to our new flat but Jonathan was extremely helpful and supportive through the process despite it being late on a weekend. I am extremely grateful for his help getting this sorted, he’s a superstar staff member!

We were assisted through a recent property purchase by Caroline, who did a fantastic job and went out of her way to keep us more updated than the developers. She was always happy to help out and clearly cares about her customers.

This company treats staff as though dogs. They wonder why they have complaints when staff are sacked every two mins. The clients get no real customer service and the owner is very negative towards customers and staff

These clowns haven't a clue what they are doing. I get monthly emails and texts telling me that I am in arrears. They have admitted that I am not but cannot fix their system generated messages. Also, be prepared to wait an age for them to action maintenance issues. Passed from department to department, they have no appreciation of customer service. Oh and contact renewal? Forget that, they don't even respond. I'm just on a rolling month contract now because they are too inept to address something that you would think would be important to them. If you have a choice I strongly advise you to avoid this cowboy company.

Absolute pathetic property management company. Demand payment for invoice, within 5 days to avoid late payment fees. However they have already deducted the amount on a remittance, previously. Constant queries and always bounced from person to person. "Effortlessly done for you" - their payoff line. What a paradox!!!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALLLLL COST CHEATERS LIARS SCAMMERS I have such a long ongoing issue with them they scammed me into an apartment es just trying to milk out more and more money, even months after moving out. Please save yourself!!!!!!!!!

Worst company behaviour I've ever came across. No response from agent nor reception to emails, never answering phones, never returning calls. I had a problem which caused me health issue. It took 2 months to sort it.

Absolutely appalling service. I'm in the process of moving into a property and I'm already done with them. Unresponsive, have no regards for your time and money, unclear when giving instructions of what's needed for referencing and make mistakes everywhere. If this is going to be the company that manages the property I will live at for the next year, well good luck to me!

So far Ezytrac has been a great managing agent. They address my concerns or queries very timely. Any maintenance issues in the flat has been addressed very well. They also select quality contractors. Jack Smyth has been great too. He resolved the maintenance issue at the flat very efficiently. From the time of filing in the issue until the day I got the issue solved in less than a week!
