The Lady got back to us promptly and bent over backwards to be helpful in accommodating our particular needs. The variety of accommodation available was excellent. I didn't need to go anywhere else. I would thoroughly recommend Edlets.

This was our 1st time renting in Edinburgh and Edlets found us the ideal property for our 3 week stay - perfect location with parking and a garden. Minor details were efficiently dealt with by the owner and Edlets.

Came up to the fringe festival with 9 friends for the fringe and retirement bash. Accomodation was great. Clean. New and very functional. The views to king arthurs seat was terrific and the staff at reception and booking staff before our arrival were extremely knowledgable and helpful. I would definately recommend this block of apartment. Fantastic. We will be back. Andy and Co.

The agent saved us a lot of time by looking through the listings and sending over ones which matched our requirements, as well as . The one we booked was a better price via Edlets than via airbnb.

Finding a place to stay in an area to visit can be time consuming. The site is very useful and easy to use with many photos and a good description of the accommodation. It is great to be able to also call and speak to someone to ascertain information not easily found online. Will use Edlets again.

I found the service extremely efficient and personable. Alana at EdLets actually called me as soon as I submitted an inquiry. I also appreciated the professional and considerate way in which I was treated. I will say that the booking fee might seem high depending on the currency exchange rate one is working with, but some might consider the stress relief worth it! I was also lucky to get an inquiry from a prospective landlord that worked out but I heard from no one else which was surprising. I imagine EdLets would have persisted in helping me if the first (and only) option I had didn't work out.

We booked at the beginning of May and were advised last day in July that there was a double booking and we were cancelled. This was a booking for the festival ! Guess what - I wont be using again
