Had a good experience with Edlets when under pressure to find somewhere at short notice. Eventually we found somewhere just within budget (although many offers received were ridiculously pricey!). The place was spacious and comfy. Booking and payment was easy.

I was very impressed by Edlets. I got a call within 5 mins of my initial enquiry. They sent several possible properties for me to look at which fitted my brief in needs and budget. They followed up with more possible lets. When I made my booking, the transaction was painless and sorted in minutes. I got a friendly call which meant I could make my deposit over the phone, as my card was playing up and I was full of a cold, so technology was being unkind to me. In contrast, when I enquired with T--- --visor. I got quoted one price that then over doubled when I paid a deposit. I then got bombarded by emails and unsuitable properties. Another possible booking was not even on the market. There automated emails kept coming. I was also woken up by an automated call after midnight! It's a pity Edlets don't have an office in every city! We have a brilliant flat, great location, for a very reasonable price. They have made my trip to Edinburgh something really to look forward to. I can't rate them highly enough and I've not even gone on our trip yet! Thank you so much for sorting us a great stay. I'm equally over joyed that the landlady already seems to be a treasure. She is leaving us a welcome pack; Scottish rolls and bacon and more goodies, I am so excited. Well done Edlets. I hope your company goes from strength to strength.

The service & communication was very good, the only problem I had was, maybe one apt was in our budget, but the rest were way out and sometimes double/triple the price. We ended up paying much more than we wanted to.
