I had spent days/hours & hours looking for a viable accommodation option for a team of my colleagues who were visiting Edinburgh in August (Peak season) for business. I then just sent a quick email to Edlet with just the basic requirements and within minutes, I got an email back with an amazing list of properties for me to look through and choose from. Edlet advisors (especially the very friendly and helpful Jill) are so on the ball and efficient, that every time I had a query, they got back with a reply within minutes of me asking. I don't generally leave reviews but their team deserves all the praise they get. I am so impressed with their efficiency, friendly and kind attitude and also their ability to give you exactly what you ask for without an information overload. The apartments are appealing, and the listings are sufficiently detailed to allow you to find something that accommodates your needs and wishes. First time at the Festival, didn't know where to start but Dan went further than any other agency I've used to make it simple.

Efficient, professional & personal service when we made an enquiry for a self catering apartments for Summer 2017. Saved hours of time trawling for suitable accommodation. Quickly sent us lots of options to choose from after consulting us about our requirements, contacted the owners with our questions and responses were immediate. Very helpful. Very fast and helpful

I found the site for finding and customising requirements very useful and easy to use. The problem is that it may be too impersonal after a booking is made and confirmed (no personal contact). When I made contact with the owner/landlord he denied that my booking was made, although I received a confirmation that my credit card had paid an initial deposit. The owner blamed Edlets and Edlets blamed the owner. Is this site to be trusted?

After 2 weeks struggling to find suitable accommodation for our group to stay during the Fringe Festival, I contacted Edlets as their website was easy on the eye but wanted more info for our specific needs. I spoke to Jill who was absolutely wonderful to talk to & got back to me more or less straight away with the perfect accommodation for us all. Would highly recommend using Edlets in the future

Very helpful staff (David) offered lots of options for the type of accommodation we required. found us what we wanted close to city centre and offering good value when most accom providers were gouging on the European Rugby Cup final weekend

I sent an e mail request for info on a Saturday afternoon looking for accommodation for 5 people during the Edinburgh festival. We have booked a 5 person university flat (something we have done before) and it was done within hours of first logging on to the site. I received several helpful phone calls and it was all very simple...and the cost was more than acceptable.

Nice and easy and ended up in a fantastic apartment with parking like we specified for free will definitely use them again
