First impressions count, yeah? Called to discuss a potential repair. Maybe it was because it was just before closing time, but the guy on the end of the line could not have been less interested or less helpful. If a business is going to be that uninterested in helping me, I’m gonna have zero confidence in my repair being done well. Sales 101 failure. A shame.

Quick and efficient Service. The staff is excellent. Explained clearly the process. Advised battery change might take 1-2 hours, but it was done in less than 45 mins. Online tracking status is good and they send regular SMS and email updates. No rush as well in the store. Excellent!

I phoned Mrsystems Shoreditch a few days ago asking about a replacement battery for Macbook. The person I've spoken to sounded rude, he wasn't interested at all or maybe he was doing something else whilst I was asking him questions. The quote he gave me was also way much higher than the other companies. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Ran late for my appointment because I got lost (oops) and they still fit me in, guy on the counter (didn't catch his name) at the Shorditch branch was very helpful. Phone wasn't charging, took it away for 5 minutes, cleaned it out all for free and let me hang around to charge it up so I could get back home okay. Thanks a tonne!

MR Islington really helpful. Cleaned my charging port free of charge when I thought it was broken. Also offered honest advice about how much ££ it would be for them to repair it vs getting a new iPhone. Would def recommend and use again.
