From the get go everything was exceptional. From my initial enquiry which was dealt with immediately to having the shred done at my home it has been perfect. But, in particular I need to mention Sian Barnett who has been nothing but extremely helpful, accommodating, friendly and very professional. I have had to cancel the Home Shred several times but she has always been very understanding. Sian is a credit to your company. The guy who came to do the Shred was also very pleasant and helpful.

With my various working and family commitments it has not easy for your Company to get me a convenient appointment for collection of my shredding. However they have stuck with the task and found a date for me next week. I am very grateful for their persistence.

Scandalous how the company can sign you up for a 2 year contract and then auto renew it for another 2 years without any communication whatsoever. This is the second time they have used this tactic to keep us in contract for 6 years. Contacted them and they refuse to terminate the contract without £2,000 cancellation fee!

Shred it Customer Services I had an issue I needed some support with and I got put through to a lady called Deborah Blood. What an excellent service I had. Deborah was friendly, helpful and very patient and stayed on the call until it was resolved.

Deborah was incredibly helpful, she went above and beyond to ensure our query was dealt with and we were well looked after. Our Sales exec. has also been great at communicating and accommodating all our needs and requirements. Great team, would thoroughly recommend

Don’t bother!! Absolutely shocking level of comms and service. Failed to deliver sacks when they said they would. Now my paid staff will be sat around doing nothing!! Appalling

Arranged for a domestic letter shred great service from John and the admin team great value for money very pleased just waiting for collection contacted about 10 to 15 days ago they sent the bags out asap and they have kept in contact all the time great company

Am currently moving house and wished to remove/shred paperwork which had been collected over time, some of which contained sensitive material, as such I contacted Shred It, from first contact to call centre to attending Glasgow store, staff were helpful and reasonable costs for piece of mind. Thank you also to staff member Stevie Douglas for assisting with transporting bags.
