Robert was a great help. He was patient with the back-and-forth during the initial stages of trying to confirm dates and the number of papers we had to be shredded. He was also very quick to respond any questions and easy to reach through phone calls. Great working with him!

very helpful chap. I guess the only comment I would make is please provide a time frame (say a 4 hr) time frame when they will arrive to collect. All delivery companies do it and am at a loss to know why this can't be done with you But a good service albeit vv early and probably mote expensive then your competitors

Specifically requested an on site day of Monday or Friday, made the payment only to be advised they cannot accomodate these days. Asked to take the files to their nearest depot.

We booked the express service which meant our papers should be collected within a week. Our collection date was 9 days after order. When the team came to collect they were unable to take the items as Shred it had not sent the correct bags. Poor communication, no apology and waiting to see if we receive a refund. Papers are still here!

Poor service, very high costs. You will be charged twice upon cancellation of contract. Once for collection of the console and again for removal of the bag, regardless of how empty it is. My company was charged £106.20 for removal of the console and another £106.67 for removal of the bag. Both items were dealt with in the same load.

Probably one of the worst customer experiences I have had. Staff are friendly and polite but clearly extremely disjointed. I ordered collection for 40 standard boxes that fit 4/5 lever folders, they collected them then charged me for me "large boxes" naturally I disputed it. This went back and forth for a year. I have an email from Shredit confirming I have paid the correct amount. Then they engaged a solicitor to recover the £176 that is "owe." I have paid the invoice as I dont want a mark on my company credit. If i could have fought this more I would. The tactics were dishonest and I will never use them again.

Shred iT took payment in advance for a package (pickup, destruction of drives and then issuing a certificate) that was agreed upon in advance but then sent a person to pick the package up at 08.00 am. Our office was closed at the time. Shredit wants to charge us the full amount again to provide a service that was not provided. I tried to speak to their agents, who cited small print in terms and conditions. I filed a formal complaint on 17 January, but there was no response. I requested an acknowledgement on 29 January, but there was still no response.

Poor service, extremely poor communication. Notified shred-it of bags for collection, bags remained for over a month due to drivers marking up 'no access' which was untrue, increasingly changes of collection day. when collection was arranged after over a month they then tried to change the collection date again. Changed our collection date again without telling us. I could go on, asked to speak to the manager, and emailed several times with absolutely no acknowledgement or contact! have never felt so undervalued as a customer, so much so I have cancelled the contract.
