When odering shred it bags, Iwas told a price. Then said i could have any quanity. Got another bill, after paying the agreed fee, this was for the extra bags. Be careful on what you order.

It was easy to arrange, easy to change the date due to unforeseen happenings and there was good liaison about the timing of the pick up. It could not be better

The first collection of our confidential shredding today from this new provider. Great personal service right from our initial enquiry speaking to the sales executive, and then speaking to a very helpful customer services guy (didn't get his name). The guy who collected the shredding was great and kept us informed as to how far away he was from us. All in all, a very helpful Shred-it team, and a big thank you for arranging a collection timeframe to fit our requirements. Unfortunately, such excellent all-round customer service is a rarity these days.

I have had two collection dates when nothing happened and company are basically calling me a liar even though they cannot prove there was a call and I was in all day. They are still charging me for none collections and no alternative was provided. Been trying to sort this for 6 months and being passed from department to department.

The worst service which I meet. They charge for early end of contract £586 (7 months charge). They also charge for collect they own box additional £157.04!

Do not go with this company. They have been unhelpful, not supportive and misleading with their services. We have used them only once and had a terrible experience. We had to pay for a collection charge THREE times for the bin to be picked up ONCE. They also did not inform us that if we miss a collection date, they will recharge you for the bin to be collected and THEN again for when it get collected. Plus we do not work and are not flexible for collection for the bins, we said we need the bin collected by a certain day as we would have left the building, then we arranged a collected for 3 WEEKS after we said and we have since have to extend the hire/get someone in to make sure the bin is secure. The service I have found not to be helpful and we will not be using this company again after feeling very let down by them.
