An excellent service and lovely, friendly staff who do our collections. My one critique would be that we often know before the next service date is scheduled that it will not suit, but there is no facility to change this before it is scheduled.

I had a few boxes of personal documents to shred, and it would have take me a lot of time to do this at home on a small shredder. Shred-it was offering a simple, straight to the point service for a really good price (less than £200), so I jumped on the occasion. It was super smooth to schedule the collection with Conor, and the collection was done super quickly on the given date. Super easy service, great follow-up and immense gain of time!

When I called, Katrina (Mason) dealt with my enquiry in a professional, informed and prompt manner. This extremely high service level reaffirmed our choice of Shred-It as our paper destruction partner.

Having allowed a large amount of confidential waste papers to accumulate I eventually took the plunge and completed an online enquiry form with Shred-It. I assumed that the process would involve a lot of hassle but was pleasantly surprised to receive two calls to my mobile number the very next morning, followed up with an email when I was unable to take the calls. Frankie Dook was very helpful and friendly in taking me through the process and arranging for bags to be sent out to me immediately (arriving as promised the next day) and provided a very reasonable quote for uplift and destruction when I called back to confirm how many bags I had filled. I have retained the unused bags (he was very generous in the number sent) and have no hesitation in contacting him again when another uplift is required. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Quick and fast reliable service provided by Shred It

This is one of the most disorganized companies I've ever worked with. Their online system isn't always accurate or up-to-date. A simple pick-up request will turn into a 3-day back and forth with multiple representatives. The departments don't communicate with each other as they should, and you will need to explain yourself to each and every representative that comes across your case. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is very unprofessional and needs a huge revamp!

Really helpful and friendly whenever I've had a question or problem, this occasion as well. We are in the middle of an office move and had to dispose of considerably more waste paper than usual, which required more collection bags. Whilst there was conflicting information over multiple calls about what could be included within a regular collection (hence the 4 rather than 5 stars), I spoke to Deborah Blood who got additional quantity arranged at considerably less than previously quoted and was a pleasure to speak to (as was everyone at every stage).

Martin who came to do the shredding was friendly and extremely helpful, we are a care home who had experienced faulty heating so couldnt leave the door open, he helped us with box removal and had to move his lorry due to neighbours, he just carried on with the job in hand and was extremely friendly and just lovely to our resident
