Katrina Mason was very helpful and pleasant when I called with my query

Unfortunately my collection date was re-scheduled twice which meant it was then collected in the new year as opposed to prior to Christmas. I also have an outstanding query in relation to the invoice that no one has responded to - perhaps someone could look into this?

David Godfrey arranged a date and let me know via email without me having to chase. Impressive customer service which should be acknowledged when experienced.

My call was handled by Nicola Curtis and my enquiry concerned scheduled collection dates and charges. Nicola was polite, friendly and quickly found the relevant information, confirmed in an email and provided a schedule of collections for the year ahead and is also assisting with a necessary date change.

Once finally through to the correct person, my request was dealt with within 3 working days
