Stephen was very helpful and informative. Communication and patience were excellent as i only had basic knowledge of my reason for making contact.

Bobby was extremely patient with us and talked us through the whole process. Great communication from Bobby at all stages and was great to have the same person to speak to each time we called. Bobby remembered us every time we spoke which provided for a lovely personal service. We spoke to the Accounts Team as well and they too were very helpful, friendly and informative.

I spoke with Deborah Blood who was amazing and helpful and she really took the time to help me resolve a collection issue. She took the time to help me set up as new customer account and it was not accepting my details, she guiding me through the whole process, when i finally got into the account she guided through the menu and making sure i had the infromation needed. She confirm a new collection date and helped me she was so patient , there is enough stars for me to give to Deboarh Blood. She was very helpful and efficient . Brilliant

Excellent service today from Katrina Mason at Shred-It. She was able to quickly provide me with some historical evidence documents that I required for an audit. She then suggested a way for me to be able to receive future documents, when produced, for the foreseeable future. Many thanks Katrina.

Very helpful and efficient at problem solving

Normally use the portal for all queries. We recently had to reschedule the service for a delivery date outwith our normal scheduled service. spoke with Katrina Mason who confirmed the driver's rough route for today so i could anticipate his arrival. Also offered to phone the depot to get a more accurate time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very efficient service great communication friendly helpful customer service line

Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Firstly I was mis-sold a service and then had to revert to social media to get anyone from the company to help me. Nearly 2 months later and I’m still waiting for my refund. At every stage, incompetence has prevailed. This company is a shambles and they should be embarrassed.

Bobby was extremely helpful in arranging our shredding service and explained all the details of the service. He replied very quickly to our initial enquiry and has since responded to some minor queries that we had.

Excellent service, prompt response and good value

I had accumulated a lot of personal paperwork and it was difficult to find somewhere I could dispose of it. I found Shred-it my contact being Luke Merrick who was extremely helpful, quick and efficient sorting out my needs. This wasn't a big job but important to me and I felt I was given as much attention as a large company. I was also very impressed with the manager of the Rainham Shred-it branch, Edward, again very helpful with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. Thank you everyone, an excellent experience. This morning I spoke to Deborah Blood regarding a collection that should have taken place yesterday. Deborah listened to my problem and then contacted the local depo to find out why the collection was missed. We then discussed when the next collection would be. Deborah then explained that our collections would be moving to a Monday. Deborah has sent me an e-mail covering all of this mornings phone call.

Spoken with Arran to discuss my requirements. All completed in really good time and little hassle. Great Customer Service.

This wasn't easy to arrange and David Tuke at Shred-It did his absolute best to get the job done. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble!
