Excellent service - will defiantly use this company again

Good morning. I would like to pass on my experience of dealing with Paul Smith during recent operations on behalf of our client Police Scotland. Paul has always been extremely efficient in our past dealings, but this time he went above and beyond to schedule a number of significant purges at very short notice, that were, due to the amount of bagged wastepaper causing potential fire risks at sites. Had a query regarding our collection spoke to Deborah Blood who was so polite lovely and very helpful. Managed to sort my query and sent some additional information which was really helpful. Brilliant customer service.

Used the service twice. First time paid for bags but second time they said the boxes we had paper in was fine so wasted some money. Wanted signed contract up front. Also hidden charge of fuel/environment surcharge added. Expensive service

We've used Shred-it for years. If I have had any questions, I just give them a ring, give them our account number and they have always very helpful. I spoke to Deborah Blood today and she was great, very professional and very helpful.

Awful service - don't respond to emails, ignore customers asking for information and try and hold you to a 4 year contract. Awful service

If I could give them minus stars I would. How I wish I had read these reviews before we signed up with them. The have reduced the time between collections without warning, so now we are paying even more for a service that we are stuck with due to very clever small print contracts.
