Would never use them again. Poor service. Fitter not great. Weeks to have the kitchen completed. They don't like to hear any complaints. They demand full payment before kitchen is even delivered which leaves the customer with no leverage when things go wrong, as they do.

Kitchen World did our utility room in June 2022 and we are very pleased with the results. All staff were very responsive and the standard of work was excellent. The attention to detail and the knowledge and experience of the team combined to ensure a top quality finish.

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen! Shopped around so many kitchen places where we really met a varying degree of customer service. Popped into Kitchen World on the Longmile Road while passing without an appointment to be greeted by the lovely Jackie who was so helpful and friendly. She arranged an appointment with Liane for us the following week who we met and found to be an absolute delight to work with. She drew up a fab plan and answered my million and one questions. Always quick to answer an email or phone me back. Gary came out to measure up and a few months later the lovely Alan came to install. He was in and out in two days, on time, so clean and tidy and our kitchen is now our pride and joy. Thank you so much to all in Kitchen World on the Longmile Road. Recommending you to everyone!

Had an excellent service from Kitchenworld in Cork. Shirley Buckley gave me excellent advice and prompt service throughout and the fitter Brian O’Reilley did an amazing job installing the kitchen in one day. Can definitely recommend them. Loving my kitchen.

Delighted with my kitchen and utility room from Kitchen World. Nothing was too much trouble and Derek really listened to to what I wanted from my kitchen and delivered beyond my expectations! From initial discussions to the final product, the whole process was stress free and really enjoyable.

Delighted with the kitchen that Lorna in the Bray store designed for my small kitchen space. There were a few bumps in the road along the way but the team were a pleasure to work with and I'm thrilled with the finished product.

Very dissatisfied Got a kitchen from them on 24th November took almost a week to put in but was missing doors kick boards handles and fillers I was then told it would be January 17th before they could complete the kitchen after taking to the cork manager ( who was the rudest man I ever spoke to) the came up with some parts which were the wrong colour nevertheless it was better then gaps in the kitchen and I waited for the correct part It’s now the 7th of February and has arrived This is where it gets even worse the man came in got out of his van ( I know I have a big dog but is harmless he was sniffing around)then he said I have a hammer in my van if you want to keep your puppy put him in the living room there was no need to say that if he just said can you put your dog away it wouldn’t be a problem Don’t have any time for kitchen world

I am very pleased with my new kitchen from Kitchen World. Came with a list of what I would like in my kitchen. Maciek listened and made the project very professionally.He was helpful and friendly. Everything was on time. John fitter also did his job quickly and professionally. I can absolutely recommend the Kitchen World.

I was under pressure to get a new kitchen due to buying a new house where it wasn't really possible to cook for my family. I couldn't find anyone local and came across Kitchen World in Waterford. John was the first person to contact me and he was so helpful from the minute I spoke to him. My kitchen space is very small and I wanted to fit a lot of storage into it as I love cooking and have a child too. To say I was shocked at the finished product is an understatement. Aidan the fitter was such a perfectionist also and didn't miss a single thing. Thank you so much to John in the office and Aidan who fitted it.
