John had plans drawn up for our new kitchen and went through everything in great detail.After ordering our kitchen, John kept us informed about delivery and fitting etc. Everything went according to plan. I recently got Kitchen World to do my new kitchen in Waterford and they were so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The young gentleman we were dealing with really guided us and he brought alot of knowledge and ideas to the table. A few months ago we popped into Kitchen World Long Mile Road for a look around. We were greeted by the lovely Michelle Bradley. We instantly felt we were in safe hands and the following day made an appointment to go back and meet with her and that is when our journey began. Michelle took on board all our requirements (and there were many) and advised and enhanced our requests. She has a brilliant eye for detail, design and functionality and also respect for people's budgets. Can I also add she has the patience of a Saint! We had 5 star treatment from start to finish from every member of staff in the showroom on every occasion we visited. Then last week Alan and Fiacra came to fit the kitchen. These guys were so professional and skilled and a joy to have in the house, even befriending the sheepdog and resident cat who wanted to help them out. I would highly recommend Kitchen World Long Mile Road to anyone who is considering getting such work done in their home. Thank you all so much we are thrilled with the job.❤

Cannot find any faults with Kitchen World. The final product is exactly as I envisaged and both John Grace and Kevin were a pleasure to deal with and provided an excellent service.

We are absolutely in love with our kitchen, pantry and utility room from Kitchen World Waterford. We dealt with John Grace, who is an absolute gentleman and a credit to Kitchen World! From day one, John couldn't have done more for us. We made many changes to our kitchen over our extended design process (extended due to our own building delays!) but John couldn't have been more helpful and provided some great creative ideas and solutions! He went above and beyond at every stage and responded to our silliest of questions and requests super quickly. He suggested tweaks and changes to suit our budget, that didn't take away from the vision we had. At the fitting stage we dealt with Aidan, who again is a credit to the company. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and his attention to detail was amazing. Aidan left the place spotless and we couldn't recommend him highly enough.

5 star experience. We dealt with John Grace, who was so patient and cooperative over the last few weeks. Overall, Kitchenworld was very easy to deal with and listened to what we wanted/needed.

The kitchen has turned out even better than we could ever have imagined and we are over the moon with it. We can’t thank her enough, she’s the best!! Also wanted to say a special mention too for Alan the kitchen fitter. He was an absolute gent to have in our home. He worked solidly for the three days he was here. How he single handedly lifted those huge units over the drawers we will never know. He’s a legend! No ask was too big for him and he even built us a little home for our robot Hoover. He’s an asset to the team. Our whole experience with Kitchen World since the day we casually walked into your showrooms for a snoop has been amazing. You reeled us in Lianne from that first day and it has been plain sailing ever since. Thank you again for everything and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you.

Couldn’t be happier with our kitchen. Shirley from the Kinsale Rd store was fantastic to deal with. The design she created was everything we wanted and she was always at the end of a phone/email. The kitchen is really functional and practical but so modern, easy to keep clean and looks of such high quality. Can’t fault the service from start to finish.

We are very happy with our new kitchen. Hugh from Kitchen World in Newbridge could not have been more helpful along our journey. We love the design and its execution. Although we had experienced a few issues they were all dealt with in a professional manner. Overall it was a very positive experience and we have a beautiful kitchen.

Glad we used Kitchen World Waterford. Our new kitchen is finished, on budget and on time! We are very glad that we chose Kitchen World Waterford for the project. John Grace, our project manager was brilliant, he did all the measurements, sorted the appliances and made excellent suggestions on the colour and design of the kitchen. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable. Also the other members of the team were Aidan who fitted the kitchen, with no fuss just an excellent job done and Gary who sorted a last minute issue really quickly. A great team.

We had a great experience of dealing with Kitchen World when ordering some extra cupboards and peninsula for our existing kitchen and fitting out our new utility room. Hugh was extremely helpful in getting us the look we wanted for the best value. He went through the design in detail, making sure we were happy with everything before it was finalised. Measuring and fitting were carried out very professionally too within the time frame given. All in all it was a very pleasant and efficient service and we would definitely recommend Kitchen World to others.

We had the best experience designing our dream kitchen with Patricia. She was very patient with us as our minds kept changing but it was obvious to us that she cared about us as customers and wanted us to be happy with what we chose. Patricia is extremely professional but also very approachable, we ended up trusting her opinion like you would trust a friends. Any issues we had she found a solution to and even sometimes gave us new ideas that we didn’t think of! If we could do it all over again I would still go back to Patricia as she is excellent at what she does and cares about the customer. We love our new kitchen and it is also worth mentioning that when the kitchen was fitted by Aran it was done with great care and precision.

Got our kitchen renovated recently by Kitchen World, and we are so thrilled with the result. The kitchen was designed by Patricia who created something we couldn’t have even dreamt of ourselves. After a meeting with Patricia, she designed a concept that not only met exactly what we needed but exceeded our expectations. It made perfect use of the space and makes the kitchen so much brighter with so much storage, and a modern clean look. She was great for advice and listened to what we wanted when we were picking out fixtures with her. Patricia was also accommodating with last minute questions and was so easy to work with. The fitter Chris was brilliant, he was tidy, professional and you could see he cared about doing the job right. Would highly recommend them for kitchen renovations, well worth it.

In December 2023 I got wardrobes fitted in two bedrooms and a larder in my kitchen, Lorna was fantastic to work with, she designed everything I requested, she had great patience, when I added or made changes. the date for delivery and installation was exact. I got my kitchen fitted last September 2022 from Kitchen World on the Longmile Road, and would highly recommend their services. Larry, Michelle and Jackie are all so friendly and helpful. They gave me the best kitchen experience with minimum stress. Jamie was so tidy removing my old kitchen and Conor did a great job fitting the new one! I dealt mainly with Michelle, who took on my project as if it were her own. Getting a new kitchen is a big undertaking and Michelle was always on hand to give me plenty of time to discuss design, suggest creative ideas and give me the best kitchen for my budget. Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle! I was replacing all my appliances and Michelle had an excellent team on hand co-ordinating the plumbing, electrics etc., which really made things hassle free for me. Much appreciated Michelle! Larry was great with the kitchen dimensions and even squeezed in a spice rack/drawer for me, as he knew I really wanted one! The advice and support I received was excellent. I am really enjoying my new kitchen layout. It was a pleasure hosting Christmas this year. Thanks again for everything. Wishing you a successful 2023. Happy New Year to you all!

Amazing experience with KitchenWorld and especially with Shannen in Finglas. She put up with a lot !! We really felt Shannen listened and took on board everything we wanted. Shannen never made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. The fitter Chris was also amazingly patient and professional. We are delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone.

We had our kitchen designed and fitted by Kitchenworld in Newbridge. From the very beginning of designing the kitchen to having it fitted went extremely well. Hughie in Kitchenworld in Newbridge was a great help to us when it came to the design side. Donal and his team were our fitters. They worked efficiently and to a high standard. I would highly recommend Kitchenworld.
