Still awaiting kitchen to get fully finished after nearly 5 months. I ring Kitchen World every week. Nothing seems to happen. Really disappointing.

Absolutely delighted with my kitchen. Patricia from the Cork office was fantastic helping me decide on the units and layout. The delivery guys from Dublin were really nice and laid out everything for the Fitter. There was no delay. Chris the Fitter did a great job so efficient and tidy. I would highly recommend Kitchen World.

Do not go to these they are the worst people to deal with they do not fulfill their agreement they are rude and disrespectful

Bought a kitchen from Kitchenworld Swords. The fitting isn't the best. It all depends on the fitter I know. If you expect the same finish as in the showrooms, you'll be very disappointed. Customer service very poor. They don't ring you back or answer emails. If you value your peace of mind and mental health, think twice about engaging with Kitchenworld. M

We have just had our fab new kitchen installed by KitchenWorld, the whole process from start to finish was made so easy because of the staff professionalism in the bray Store, Lorna & Shannen were amazing and I would also like to thank Marty and his colleague for installing the kitchen 2 of the nicest guys. We’ve just had our kitchen & utility fitted from Kitchenworld and it looks amazing. From the start, the process of designing right through to final installation was made easy by the professional staff from the Newbridge store, particularly Derek & Chris. We’re now looking forward to enjoying our new kitchen.

Would highly recommend Long Mile Road branch. From the time we walked in and met with a very pleasant Jackie on reception, we knew this was the place for us. Lianne designed a fantastic kitchen for us, especially dealing with such a small space. She advised us in such a professional manner and her eye for design is A1. Communication with the company was excellent at all times. Our fitter, Alan was exceptional, fitted the kitchen to perfection. The whole experience was fantastic and we'd have no hesitation recommending this branch.... Freda & Ger.

I had my kitchen fitted 2015 ,yes there were a few problems but they were soon resolved. The reason I’m writing this review 6years later is because I had an issue with a door because I’d had a new washer thinking I’d have to have a new door yet again my problem was sorted. This is my second review as the guys are always there to help and make the problems disappear so there’s no problem . Thanks to John today for sorting me out. And thank you Lee for always listening and getting us the help we need.

We are delighted with our new kitchen from Kitchen World. We went to Long Mile Road and Shane was brilliant to deal with. His advice and suggestions with the design were really helpful and we ended up with a kitchen that is perfectly suited to our needs. A special thanks to Conor who did the tweaking. He was fantastic and did everything we asked him to with such professionalism and good humor. All in all a very stress-free experience. Thank you Kitchen World.

In 2020 we decided like most to have our kitchen remodelled. We went to kitchen world in Finglas and spoke to the sales person Darren. Darren was very friendly and helped us to decide on a lot of things we weren't sure on and the process up to getting the kitchen fitted actually was quite pleasant. Once the installation started the problems started. We booked in to have it installed in late October 2020 and the fitter came out early on the morning he was booked in for after I had arranged myself to remove the old kitchen and have the works on the electrics and plumbing down prior to the fitting. The fitter (Eddie) was genuinely nice to speak to, but he seemed in a major rush to get the job done and kept quoting that they had a long list of jobs on so they needed to try and get the majority (if not all) the installation done in the 1 day. Eddie did not finish that day so had to come back late the following day to complete some bits. To say the finish was bad is an understatement. There were chips in a large number of the doors. Some of the doors were completely misaligned and some didn't even close properly. The corner finishes were shocking to the point that not even a paint touch up could hide the work. I went around and took pictures of all the parts we were not happy with and sent them to Darren for the snag list. Eddie was booked in to come out and complete the snag list the following week but this got postponed a couple of times. Eventually Eddie came out to finish off the snag list, but came late in the day and we said he would only have 2 hours to work as our kids would be returning from creche and we would need to get them dinner before bed. Eddie responded to this in a very negative way but said he would try and get everything done as quickly as he could as he didn't want to have to come back out I said that I would rather he completed the job correctly even if he had to come a few times so that I didn't have any remaining issues. Whilst I was collecting the children my wife went into Eddie to note that they would be home shortly and she needed access to the kitchen to cook so could he please return another time to which he replied he was nearly finished and would get it done that evening. When I returned my wife was very upset so I went to talk with Eddie and the first thing he said to me was "Could you keep your wife on a leash as I am working as fast as I can here and I don't need her on my back". To say I was offended by this again was an understatement so when Eddie left (after I made him) I contacted Darren to say that we did not him back on our property again and they needed to organise another fitter. Darren done this and the new fitter came out to take note of the remaining snag list (which had actually grown since Eddie last attended). Parts needed to be ordered and then the country went back into lockdown so it was put in hold. My wife also put in an officially complaint to the head office which was not ever answered. I am writing this review in July 2021 and the snag list is still not completed. Darren visited the sight himself and agreed the standard of fitting was really not up to scratch and apologised profusely and went away to order the final parts and promised this would be sorted as soon as possible as the time lag was totally unacceptable. I was also told that the fitter Eddie had left the company due to a number of complaints. I got a mail from Darren on 3rd July to advise a fitter would be with me Monday, and then another email Monday to advise that it would be tuesday sometime between 1-2pm. Well today (tuesday) I got a surprise knock on my door at 8.30 in the morning and low and behold who was at the door but Eddie the fitter saying he was here to complete the work. I asked him to wait in his van for the minute and contacted Kitchen World to be told Darren was not available. I spoke with a man called Martin Walsh who told me he would be managing Finglas going forward and that he believed that Eddie would be more than capable of completing the snag list but I told him that I refused to allow him in my house due to previous experiences and he should contact Darren to get the full history and please could they arrange another fitter. My wife has also contacted the head office again to lodge another complaint in the morning and as of writing this I am still to hear anything at all back. The process since booking the kitchen has been abysmal and has caused us no end of stress. We will be asking to be compensated in some way by the company as this is totally unacceptable and we would never recommend anyone to use this company again.

The Kitchen World from Newbridge did an amazing job on our new kitchen. The communication with Derek was great and we were incredibly happy with the helpful and extremely nice installation crew. Everything went very smoothly and the kitchen turned out beautiful and just the way we wanted. We could not be any happier and we highly recommend Kitchen World Newbridge. Anna and Thomas

So delighted with my new kitchen! Went to Longmile road and Lianne Ateya did the design. She did an amazing job and recommended the most fabulous choice for me.. Brooklyn Slab in Kashmir colour. Just fell in love with it once I seen it. Was so much fun working on the design with Lianne, she was so so helpful and such patience as I was trying to make decisions. Great experience from start to finish and stress free! Alan was the fitter and he was such a pleasant man and did a really good job and left everything really clean and tidy! Would highly recommend Kitchen World!

Spent a lot of time between different company’s for kitchen ideas and quotes and it was really starting to get to us. By chance we dropped into Kitchen World Bray and got talking to Lorna and Shannen. Within moments the girls made everything very easy for us and gave us some great recommendations. Booked our plan and everything took off quickly and very efficiently. Lorna was brilliant suiting our needs around some construction and other difficulties we had at the time and our budget and helped us out immensely. I can’t recommend Kitchen World Bray enough for their help, friendliness, professionalism, price and fantastic kitchens. We love our new kitchen and absolutely made the right choice. Dave who fitted our kitchen was also so professional and very friendly and even came back to check we were happy with everything. Don’t waste your time with other company’s we tried them all. We recently had our dream kitchen designed by the wonderful Derek in the Newbridge store. The process from start to finish was so easy and seamless. Derek was so accommodating and nothing was too much hassle. He guided us through the process and was great to offer his expert advice and input to make our design work best for us. It was a pleasure to visit the showrooms and we could have all the time we needed to make sure we made the right choices when it came to colours and worktop choices. They had all Covid precautions in place and we felt very safe going in. Derek was always accessible if we had any questions as well. Chris, the fitter, was so professional and such a lovely guy, he really went above and beyond to make sure our kitchen was fitted in one day. Again, nothing was too much hassle and he left the room spotless when he left as well. The team really did go above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result. They follow up to make sure everything is how you like it and the aftercare is brilliant! If you're thinking of getting a new kitchen definitely go to Kitchen World, the quality, value and customer service is top notch!
