I was wanting my kitchen to transformed into my dream place and that was the correct time when I had discovered Kitchen World in Cork. What a fantabulous design they gave me for my kitchen. I do give my special thanks and gratitude to Shirley, who designed my kitchen and absolutely made my dream come true. She is so excellent and approachable as she not only paid attention to each and every minute details I had wanted for my kitchen but also made my dream kitchen alive. A special thanks to Mariusz (Kitchen World fitter) who fitted my kitchen wonderfully. An ideal place for designing a perfect kitchen. Highly recommended. Hi Just completed installation of our new Kitchen from Kitchen World Waterford. Dealt with Gary (sales) and Aiden (fitter) who were both attentive and willing to solve any issue that arose. Overall a really good experience and the finished product is really good. All promised dates were adhered to with no delays.

Dealt with Kitchen World Swords. Kitchen is fine and fitter very good. But after sales service was shocking. My kitchen was fitted in May, but wrong sized pantry drawers arrived, and we were missing a small cabinet door. Told this would be a week or 2 max. We waited a month for them (end June). Then was told they had made the cabinet door incorrectly, so I'd need to wait for this. As of mid August cabinet door still not arrived. Was told a fitter will come out on x day, but they didn't show or call. My experience of the post installation customer service has just been very poor and really frustrating. :(

Lianne Ateya in the longmile road Kitchen World is an amazing kitchen designer. Nothing was too much trouble and she scheduled everything to perfection. Alan the fitter was a complete gent. I am so delighted with our new kitchen and utility room presses. Recommend to all.

We recently purchased a new kitchen from Kitchen World Waterford. We met with Gary and he went on to design a beautiful kitchen for us. Not only does it look really well but it works really well too. Having previously had our wardrobes supplied by Kitchen World Waterford almost 20 years ago [they are still to the good] we returned again to Kitchen World Waterford to have a new kitchen fitted. We dealt with John Grace and from start to finish he couldn't have been more helpful. From initial consultation with Gary to kitchen fitted by Aiden everything worked smoothly, My wife had her heart set on an island unit and Gary tried his best to accomodate this with computer plans but it just wouldn't work so he created an alternative layout that works really well and we are delighted with the end result. I worked with Gary in the Waterford store to plan a utility room, He was very helpful. I had an idea of the lay out that I wanted & Gary worked with me and advised what would & would not work.. He came & measured up everything himself which was a great sanity check for me as a measuring tape would not be my forte.. I went from a bare room to a fully equipped utility in 5 weeks which I found was a great turnaround.. Gary oversaw the fitting and was helpful with any queries I had..

Gary in KitchenWorld waterford was very helpful as in our old cottage we had limited space but he managed to squeeze everthing we wanted into it. We didnt even have an appointment, we just walked in and he looked after us there and then between bookings. Never a problem if we wanted small alterations over the phone. Would be happy to return in the future.
