We dealt with Derek in the Newbridge store for our Kitchen and Utility room. We had only planned for the kitchen to be done initially as we didn't think we had enough money to do both but Derek worked his magic and absolutely transformed our new home. Chris and Ian fitted both rooms on both occasions and also came back out while in the area to make sure everything still lines up perfectly. We couldn't rate the lads higher if we tried. The value, expertise and craftsmanship are second to none. We had looked elsewhere for kitchens and Derek blew them out of the water both on price and quality. We now have modern units in both rooms and because of Derek working his magic we managed to get quartz also. If we ever decide to change we won't go anywhere else. Thanks a million lads

If you are looking for a top service at a good rate Derek in Kitchen World Naas is your only man, we did our entire house through him - Kitchen, Utility, Wardrobes, Bathroom Units - at every single meeting he was professional and extremely helpful and honest, his advice was second to none and even now after a few years I have on occasion contacted him with an odd query or two or for a replacement handle etc and there has never been any issue whatsoever, absolutely amazing, we are so happy we chose Kitchenworld for our house

UPDATE Just had a call from Darren and kitchen world are refunding me my full deposit and have offered me a discount if I still want to go ahead with the kitchen. I’m happy with this outcome. Still waiting for FULL refund. I went to see Darren in the Finglas office, at the start it seemed very positive and we decided to go with them for our Kitchen. I provided the plans and sizing so there was no need for a site survey or them to do the drawings. I paid a €500 deposit and wanted the kitchen fitted in the coming weeks. After trying to get Darren by email and phone for a number of days and not getting a response i decided to go elsewhere. Kitchen World have been so unprofessional, I received a particularly rude email stating they wore in lockdown and not dealing with refunds. I did request the refund before lockdown but did not get a response. I have now received €200 refund into my bank without any engagement from Kitchen World and i do not accept this amount, i am requesting my full €500 refunded to me. Maybe i will get a response on this platform.

Beautiful Kitchen and Wardrobes from Kitchen World in Swords. Martin was so helpful and gave plenty of time with fantastic suggestions to help design our Kitchen. The fitters were excellent with wonderful attention to detail. Overall a superb job would highly recommend dealing with Martin in Kitchen World.

Got a beautiful kitchen from KW world in swords. Martin & all the staff there couldn’t have been more helpful. We ordered pre covid and our plans got delayed, then we changed our minds on the kitchen and went with something different but it was no hassle. Martin worked with the builders to ensure our measurements were correct and kitchen came in on time. Great advice re: Paint, worktops and lights etc. & he was always contactable. Fitters were brilliant and very conscientious!

Got my kitchen last week. Martin was extremely helpful in the entire process from start to finish. Kitchen fitter Alan was absolutely fantastic. His work was meticulous and professional. Delighted with the finished product and couldn’t recommend this company and particularly Martin and Alan enough 👍👍

Painful n frustrating! Purchased kitchen from kitchen world. Installed 2 weeks ago. Still unfinished!! Martin in swords office straight out told us he had reached his sales targets for the year so “didn’t care”. We received wrong sink. Tap was not suitable for worktop. Upstand not ordered. Martin’s error and won’t correct. Escalated issue to Noel - sales manager. No communication or action from him. Kitchen World have it very clear no interest in finishing kitchen or rectifying their mistakes.

We bought a kitchen from the Swords branch to be installed on the 11th September. At time of writing, this still hasn't happened. Our whole experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Firstly we had to argue with the people who delivered the kitchen before they would take away our old oven which Kitchen World is legally obliged to do. Then, only some of the kitchen was delivered and installed. The person we dealt with promised the rest would be here on Wednesday the 16th, then after we rang him we were told it was now Friday 18th before we would have a fully installed kitchen. This didn't happen so we contacted the Swords branch again and we've been told it is now going to happen on Thursday 24th which we frankly don't believe. The installers told us not to use the cabinets as there would be a lot dust when they install the final parts so we have now been weeks without a functioning kitchen. Another problem we have encountered is when we brought the kitchen we specifically asked the salesman would the extractor fan be vented to the external wall which he said wouldn't be a problem. The extractor fan has not been fitted correctly to the wall and no vent has been installed. We are completely fed up at this stage. We are renovating an old house and had planned to buy wardrobes from KW too but that will not happen. We will never use Kitchen World again.

Dreadful and danger LIVE wiring left under kitchen wall units. Had to employ a proper electrician to disconnect and replace properly.

I purchased a Kitchen from Kitchen World Ltd and signed the warranty agreement. Not long after the installation the front panel on the doors started to crease and get soft . I contacted them and explained the problem they wanted photo evidence which I sent but no one from the company came out to inspect . I tried e mailing them and contacting them put was continually put off and did not want to know so much for their guarantee I have just been in contact with them again and they say they will send representative out but want me to pay a call out fee €150.I would advise people to give this company a wide berth because if you have problems later its good night

This isn’t a rating I often use but is necessary to reflect the poor service received. Front end planning and sales pitch by the manager in Bray was very good. The units are of decent quality. However fItting was a nightmare. Several units were not a good fit for the appliances despite giving the exact measurements upfront at the specification stage. Lots of snags needed sorting such as poorly aligned doors, a missing panel etc. The fitter never cleaned up after working, leaving us to hoover and wipe down units that had glue left on etc. As I write and several months later the cooker does not fit as the worktops arranged by Kitchenworld do not have sufficient gap. Some poor work was reluctantly fixed after long delays but there is still unfinished correction work which they refuse to do unless we pay for it. We will find someone else. The manager in Bray visited, measured and agreed that it has been badly fitted but the head office have over-ruled him. To top it all off the kitchen fitter crashed his van in to our home causing significant damage, not deliberately of course but reflective of the overall poor quality and experience endured. In short, great sales pitch but poor delivery. Disappointed.
