Recently dealt with John at kitchen world Waterford to design our new kitchen and we couldn’t be happier, the whole experience was really smooth and John was very helpful with really good attention to detail and saved us a few headaches. Highly recommend

I purchased my kitchen from kitchen world, Cork. On the first day I walked into the showrooms I met Maciek, I explained to him the type of kitchen and look that I was interested in. He is superb, very knowledgeable at his job, and a gentleman. Within 90 minutes of arriving at the showrooms, we had the type of kitchen I was looking for chosen and Maciek had the majority of the kitchen design drawn out perfectly. The kitchen was delivered and fitted on schedule and an outstanding job was done by the fitters. There was a separate company that fitted my worktop and when measuring up they remarked on how well-squared the kitchen had been fitted and that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in a while. Overall my experience with the kitchen world was perfect, I couldn't have chosen a better company to get my kitchen from.

Dealt with John in the Waterford office. Design of Kitchen and Utility. John was very knowledgeable about design and flow within the space we had to work with. Always available either by phone or email for questions/suggestions. Finished product installed to a great standard by fitter Aidan, couldnt fault anything.

Installation is truly appalling. Even after a second fix the finish was far from what I expected with broken wood visible, uneven gaps and doors. Customer service is shocking at that stage also as there was zero follow up- once I had paid that was that. The design process was very good but the follow up and installation is awful.

I just had a kitchen and utility room fitted. The designers were very helpful. The level of customer service was excellent. The fitter and delivery was very efficient. I would recommend Kitchen World to anyone. Nora O Brien

I purchased my kitchen from Kitchen World in Cork. I dealt with Patricia who was absolutely amazing!! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My kitchen was a difficult design because of the layout of my house. Nothing was too much for Patricia and she was so patient. Such a lovely, polite person to deal with and she always kept me in the loop re delivery time etc. She is a very valuable asset to Kitchen World. Thank you Patricia for making my dream kitchen come through. I also have to mention Chris the fitter who was very polite and a perfection at his job. Sharon P.

Cabinets as installed are nearly all slightly misaligned - so the mall gap between the cabinet doors are all different sizes- and many of the soft close doors do not close flush as they should. When asked to replace damaged elements (delivered damaged) and fix the misalignments the replacements were no problem but all they did to fix the misalignment was tighten/loosen some cabinet screws - said there was nothing else they could do. Left with cabinets that still don't align properly and many cabinet doors still don't close flush as they should. Poor execution of the overall installation and follow up service is reason for the poor rating. Since posting initial review kitchen world has come back and tried to fix my issues. Some of the issues have been improved but unfortunately some cannot be resolved because of how the initial fitting was done. On the basis of the genuine attempts they have now made to resolve the issues I am happy to update this review from 1 to 3.5 stars but only to this as I still have some residual issues with my kitchen.

Got great advice and service from Shannen and Michael.The attention to detail and practical solutions ensured we got everything we wanted . Chris did a great job on the fitting. Price was more than fair. Delighted with the end result.

We had the pleasure of working with John from Kitchen World Waterford in designing our kitchen. He was extremely helpful and gave us lots of great ideas on how best to maximise our space. Also, our fitter Aidan did a fantastic job. He was extremely tidy in his work and we are delighted with our finished kitchen.

I hope my experience was unusual… I ordered my kitchen in Jan ‘22 & I just received the last piece of the puzzle yesterday (Oct ‘22) Kitchen was fitted in March, the fitter made an absolute mess of my back splash .. which i didn’t even want him to fit in the first place so it had to be ripped off the wall. I spoke with customer service & as we were willing to fit the back splash ourselves the agreement was order 2 sheets as one wasn’t enough (original order only had 1) but we were saving them a major headache as they didn’t need to get a fitter to return so back in June one sheet was delivered…. it then took 5 months for the next one to be delivered!!! While there was some contact & updates in the meantime but I did need to chase them up quite a bit. While my kitchen, which was fitted at the end of March 2022, is useable it is still not complete in late Oct Also Kitchenworld have terrible communications between customers & deliveries, twice I was told a delivery date only for them to show up 2 days early & no one wasavailable to take delivery at the house. I know some of the logistics involved were not Kitchenworld’s fault but I do think things could have been handled much better ; Communication on delivery for one & if the order for 2 back splashes had been completed back in June, I’d be writing a much more positive review.

Had a kitchen installed by kitchen world cork in august and am thourougly happy with it, my experience from beginning to end was seamless from the professionalism of kitchen designer Patricia right down to the delivery and fitting, would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I am delighted with my new kitchen. John in Kitchen World Waterford took all the details of what I wanted and my budget and guided me to find just what I wanted. Any queries or changes were replied to promptly and without difficulties.

I would highly recommend Kitchen World. We dealt with John for the design and he couldn't have been more helpful. We had an issue with a wall on our plans and John went over and above to make sure we could still get the kitchen we wanted and redesigned the plan again with the new wall plans. It meant twice the work for him but he worked to a tight deadline to ensure we could still have our kitchen installed on our preferred date Aidan fitted the kitchen and was excellent. He made sure we were happy with everything as he installed and came back to fit the doors on our integrated appliances once they were delivered. We welcomed a new baby the week before our install and what could have been a very stressful time was made stress free by John and Aidan. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Delighted with our kitchen and utility from Kitchen World Waterford. Dealt with John who designed a brilliant layout and gave us a kitchen we didn’t think was possible for our space. John was approachable and gave great guidance. Likewise, the fitter Aidan did a great job on the install.
