Had kitchen designed by Stephen Crosse. I am delighted with my new kitchen. Stephen made the process so easy and had a lot of patience for us when deciding on the details. I didnt feel pressured or oversold things i did not need. The kitchen is just as i imagined. Would highly recommend .

After initially meeting with a number of kitchen companies in Waterford and Dungarvan, we decided to go with Kitchenworld in Waterford. Our design consultant was John Grace and he could not have been more helpful at every stage of the process from design right through to installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchenworld. It’s 5 months now since we moved into our new home and we could not be happier with the kitchen that John helped us to design.

Great experience from day 1, we went to multiple kitchen companies for designs and queries, Martin from kitchen world was the best to deal with. The whole experience was Very enjoyable! Accomodating with anything we were looking for or changes to be done after initial design. We had few post fittings queries and everything is solved quickly, shows how well they treat their customers, as other places would ignore you once payment and fitting is done. We recently had our kitchen fitted for a new build with Kitchen World, from the very beginning Gary was excellent to work with, very professional and listening to our every need. Gary was very thorough with each step, ensuring that we were happy with the final design and finish. His customer service was second to none and made us feel very reassured throughout the process.

This is our second time dealing with kitchen world as we got our kitchen and now our walk in wardrobe done! Kitchen World, Waterford have just fitted our new kitchen and study. Our consultant, John Grace, went above and beyond to help us with the design process - external finishes, internal layout and colour, door handles, work-tops, shelving etc. John gave us the benefit of his considerable expertise and helped us get the best out of the two areas we were fitting. He gave us a great deal and introduced us to Kitchen World's appliance package which was really convenient and saved us money. After agreeing terms, we paid a deposit and did not have to pay the final payment for a few weeks. We agreed a date for fitting and the kitchen/study were fitted on that date. No hold-ups. The kitchen and study turned out beautifully and we are delighted with the result. Thank you, John for all your help. P.S. The fitters, Bernard and Peter were lovely. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Our house was like a building site and they rowed in extremely well with the builders already working here. All in all, very satisfied customers.

Got a new kitchen installed by kitchen work..Dealt with Gary who was just brilliant and very professional. His understanding of the product was fantastic,and his knowledge of design was excellent. Even before my first consulation with John Grace in Kitchen World, Waterford, I was very impressed by the layouts and designs he had prepared from drawings I had e mailed him beforehand. John is very easy to work with, he was very attentive to our wish list and was generous when offering advice based on his extensive experience. Ours was a big order containig kitchen, utility, pantry, 3 walk-in wardrobes and a vanity unit for en-suite. Each room had a different door colour, with some wardrobes being white, and others being hampton oak. John worked through everything with us, never pressuring us for a decision, and got us the best price possible. When it came to sign off day, John went through the whole design with us, a marathon session, but made sure we were happy with every single detail. Delivery of materials and appliances was as promised, phone calls on the day before and the morning of delivery. All the components were clearly labelled, and everything arrived as ordered. Our fitters, Eoin & Bernard were excellent. They arrived on site as planned, and without delay, started fitting our units. They kept the site tidy, and there was plenty of communication between all parties, so everything went smoothly. There was one panel and one door that were an incorrect size. Within 1 week the replacements had been delivered and the fitters returned to complete the job. This speed at which a tiny error was corrected was very impressive. I would highly recommend Kitchen World for the quality of their product, the knowledge of their designers and fitters, their customer service and value for money.

Many thanks to Kitchen World and Gary in Waterford for his support and help in designing our new kitchen. Gary answered every query promptly and we felt confident throughout the whole process. We were also very pleased with the fitter: punctual and competent. All in all a very positive experience.

Everything was easy from start to finish. John was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. I would highly recommend him.Nothing was any problem, he kept me updated from the time i put my deposit down right up to fitting. The plans for my kitchen are everything i hoped for. The kitchen is really great. I love it.
