I wanted to return the shoes as they did not fit probably but the company would not let me return them. In the end, I have paid almost £15 for a pair of shoes I can never wear - complete scam and I am a very unhappy customer. Advise people to never shop from this company.

Lightweight!! sooo comfortable - easy to wear all day!

I absolutely love the shoes. I have suffered for over 30 years with extreme foot pain, dur to M.S. These are the first shoes I can stand to put my feet in without dosing up on pain meds first. However when I attempted to get a discount by buying two pair. I was sent a tiny pair of shoes that I can't wear, it was suggested that I not send them back. We are trying to get another pair the right size, I'm afraid I will have to eat their mistake. They are not offering to send a return label nor take the full charge off my bill. I look forward to letting everyone know this matter was taken care of to everyone's liking. To be continued. The shoes are nice but not at what I may end up paying for them Debra Rice

My shoes are so comfortable, I want to wear them all the time! They are perfect for work. Maybe not for HIIT classes, but working on my feet all day, they are perfect!

This is a product that really works after walking around all day long on a hard concrete floor, I can honestly say I am no longer in pain at the end of the day. I've tried out a lot of shoes promising relief, but overall have failed to deliver. Amazing products I've told all my family and friends about the joy of relief my feet have been in since the purchase.

we bought 3 pairs of shoes from Hike . 2 Caspar and one winter . one Caspar and the winter were for my wife. they did not fit . Bothe wide toe box . now we have to pay for the shipment back . I will not buy another pair from hike.

My husband attempted to order these shoes. He first tried on our Visa card. He didn’t get any notice that the card had been accepted so he placed the order on our Discover card. Then he thought he had to do it again to get the free pair of shoes. We received two shipments of two pairs of shoes. However I just saw that a third charge showed up on the Visa card. Basically you charged us for three shipments but only sent two. Your ad said they could be returned for a full refund. This was not the case and you refunded half of two charges on Discover and also half on the Visa card. But since at least one charge never had shoes shipped there should be a full refund for the overcharge!

Try to return your purchase. They gave me 50 per cent off for a refund. I would never buy from them again
