I love my shoes. They are lightweight but they help my balance and my feet feel great.

Return policy sucks. We have to prove to you that you received it. And nobody contacted us so if we didn't contact you, we've gotten stiff.

I am still waiting for my missing trainers to arrive, ordered January & miss delivered by Evri to a unknown destination. Many emails to Emily regarding this but still NO trainers or refund. I will be putting my review on fb & instagram unless this is resolved within 7 days

Love the best selling shoes, and ended up with four pair. Not so much the boots. Really dislike your no-returns policy— who wants to keep a product that didn’t fit and I didn’t like? Why would that offer be of any value? And I don’t need or want a partial credit. Sounds I won’t be exploring other product from you because it’s a hassle if it doesn’t work.

LOVE these so much I ordered a second pair! My feet feel so much better, no pain or pinching. Ordered a pair for each of my adult kids too!

Shipping was fast and product was as described. Siizing chart is correct. However, as far as comfort and benefits for MY feet, I did not find it in these shoes. Wore them a few hours a day inside for over two weeks. My heels would hurt and my hips felt off. Had a hard lifting my legs to step up. I will likely use them for simple kayaking cuttings, but not foe walking. Maybe good for others but for myself I didn't find them beneficial.

I love these shoes so much, have 3 pairs including the boots. Don't even need house slippers anymore. Just one thing, the shoes are not waterproof so even a quick trip out the door in the rain for mail or trash bins I have put something else on my feet.

I received the products in a timely manner and actually have been using to shoes as house shoes. I haven’t tested them outside as of yet( weather issues).

Love my Hike Footwear. Seems to be helping with plantar fasciitis. Need to order another pair!

I love be my shoes from Hike footwear and the customer service is amazing. My first pair were the Lorax Pro size 9/9.5 (40) and with a sock they are perfect. My recent purchase are the HP Cloud in brown. I ordered these in a size 8/8.5 (39) because I want to wear them barefoot. Turns out these were too small and my toes touched the end. Long story short… Emily from HP is sending me a new pair at no charge and to save return shipping charges I’ll keep and gift or donate the other pair. What an amazing company. I highly recommend giving these shoes a try!

The comfort I get wearing these shoes is indescribable. The arthritis pain in my foot is nonexistent as long as I continue to wear them. A colleague has bought a pair, and loves them, too.

The shoes I ordered have been "In Transit" for two months. Ridiculous.

Love my new Hike footwear ! My feet have ZERO pain can easily walk my 10,000 steps . I have 2 pair and will definitely be trying other colors to have on hand !!

This is the only shoe that I ever wear!I have many different style shoes but after a few minutes of wearing them my feet are in pain! If my own Chiropractor said these shoes are keeping my body in line,well that’s saying a lot. I suffer from MS n I’m a diabetic since 2012 n I also suffer really bad from Neuropathy in my feet,it hurts sometimes just to walk in my own home! These shoes or sneakers are truly the only shoes I’ll ever wear again! I wear these shoes with shorts,pants,n even dresses.Sometimes I have to look down at my feet to make sure I’m wearing shoes before going out.Dont take my word for it,please try for yourself.They cost about the same as other shoes,if you think about it most shoes you buy can’t cover all the HIKE shoes can.Also check they have sales were you buy 1 n get second pair for FREE come on now, who can do all this?Enjoy

Do not lock the bottom of the shoe it’s rather ugly

Wow! These shoes are a godsend. I love how when I walk my feet exercise and are kept flexible and limber because I’m not in a coffin shoe.

I love the summer shoes but I don’t love the winter shoes. I bought two pairs of the winter shoes, white and black. The insole keeps slipping in the white pair. My toes feel like they are hanging over a cliff and it’s uncomfortable. When I wear them, I am constantly stopping to take the shoes off and fix the insole. The black pair haven’t done this. Maybe it’s just a defect in that one pair of shoes. I wish the winter shoes were not so high up on my ankle. I’d prefer them to be like the summer shoes.

So far I love my first pair which are the light-weight Lorax. My feet need space and comfort on the top, and these shoes provide that beautifully. Since it’s winter, I’ve only been wearing them indoors, walking around the house and for my workouts. Again, perfect for that since I am unable to walk completely barefoot as it hurts my feet to do so. Oddly, these shoes have done wonders for my painful calluses that apparently are the result of normal shoes placing excessive pressure on the bottom of my foot—another plus as my calluses are receding and they were very painful. I’m awaiting my pair of winter Hike boots and I purchased the extra insoles, because I am curious if I will need the extra cushion when walking on harder, uneven outdoor surfaces. I am also hopeful that ultimately there will be a pair of Hike shoes I can wear for outdoor sports as well, such as pickleball, but I have not tried them for that yet. As a person with life-long foot issues that have made shoes my nemesis, I am thus far encouraged and pleased with these shoes. Now if there were some types with a dressier look, that too would be incredible!
