Great shoes!!! I started a new job after being idle for several years. I am on my feet the whole shift and with my barefoot shoes my feet don't hurt.

I've been using the Hike shoes and coming back for second pair and one for my husband. They are very comfortable and roomy on the toes as I have problems with my feet that swell this shoe gives it plenty space.

These shoes are extremely comfortable,I struggle with bunions and it was hard to find shoes that weren't constricting.These shoes have me going back to the gym.I definitely will be purchasing more

The shoes didn't fit me. I contacted the customer service multiple times. NO RESPONSE.Im not buying from this company again.

I have two pair. I love the pair that has mesh. Very comfortable. I also order the boots. I got caught in a down pour where I was soaked but my feet were dry and warm.

I have one pair of these shoes and loved them. I ordered another pair on February 4th have not received them yet. It's February 17th. Received them February 18th. I ordered the boots with the fur ordered a half size larger love them.

Hike footwear is a scam. The shoes are a questionable quality and if there’s any problem with it, you are responsible for shipping the shoes back - To China! So if there is any dissatisfaction, you’re stuck. Avoid.

I Ordered a pair of your shoes for my daughter for Christmas and they were too big. When I reached out to customer service to exchange them, they offered me a pair of socks to help with the size difference!! Who does that!! It says 100% guarantee, which is a total lie! Do not buy their products!!

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes for Christmas. The items arrived on time. However, one pair was too small. I contacted the company via email. The rep (Emily) agreed to replace the shoes. I have made several calls and maintain contact via phone and emails, but no shoes.

I have been waiting over 18 days to receive my order. i keep getting the same answer. they are shipping yet the tracking shows they have not moved. so they have shipped is just a lie. I requested a refund. they have not even acknowledged my request. dont buy from them. i think they are located in asia and looks like to me i will never receive them. They are the winter boots. in my area there is only 2 weeks of winter left. i want a refund and i will buy boots elsewhere.

I had a problem with one of my shoes -the back tab simply wasn’t sewn down on one of them. I tried repeatedly to see what could be including sending pictures. They kept asking for the same info. I finally just said I will just send the shoes back if you send me a return label and refund the one pair —naturally I’ve never heard from them again - except for continual advertising. Very disappointing since I actually liked the shoes.

I liked these shoes at first, but my feet hurt after wearing them for work where I am on my feet all day. Also, they are great for walking on flat surfaces, but watch out for rocks cause there is no padding and you can bruise your feet for weeks if you step on a rock. Maybe there is a good reason for having a soul in your shoes?

I never get my tennis shoes, I pay a lot and I don’t know what happened but I don’t have my tennis shoes, that you never send them?

Was doubtful at first but now ordering my 3rd and 4th pair...I have upper leg "separation" and most time very difficult to put weight on leg to walk. I put on my "magic shoes" which I now wear every day and in a few steps I can walk easily and work in yard doing tasks.Even though I live in Florida these shoes are comfortable in the heat.Love styles and function.

I love these shoes! I was a little skeptical when I ordered them because I have always thought I needed shoes with large arch supports. I was able to wear my shoes most of the day today without any foot pain. My husband did not care for the shoes that I ordered for him. Customer service was excellent and so helpful. I was able to replace his shoes with a different pair in my size. I really looking forward to wearing these shoes more often!

I was somewhat doubtful that these shoes could deliver all they said they could, however for me, they not only delivered, they surpassed. I've been dealing with neuropathy in my feet, and therefore balance issues for 5 years. These shoes are super comfortable and lightweight and have geniunely remedied at least 90% of my balance and discomfort issues. I will be replacing the shoes in my closet with Hike Footwear.
