Recently booked a Cunard cruise through ROL. The service was extremely professional and I booked feeling I had achieved an exceptional deal. The person at ROL was very helpful and pleasant save that the good offer we were booking with a drinks package ended up not including the drinks package. She was apologetic for the error though

Had no problems when contacted booking site. very efficient and clear when booking our cruise Unfortunately one of our traveller's surname was incorrectly spelt despite spelling this out to your telephone sales person. Rang contact no given and requested this to be amended on the receipt. They said this would be done but the e-mailed receipt has not been amended as yet.

Karen the representative was so quick to respond to my online query on a Sunday. She completely understood what I wanted to find out and by the next day our cruise was booked with ease.

So far we've only purchased a cruise, so can't comment on more than that. But we did so because their website was clear, they are ATOL protected and Jasmine, who we spoke to over a couple of days was so friendly and so helpful. They have an asset there in their sales department, as I hope they realise.
