Very BAD customer Service, no number to call and answer to your questions. They refused to refund my booking for a hotel in Tunisia since I can't no longer travel because of the Corona-virus. They said the booking is not refundable while all other agencies refunded their clients but I was told to get in touch with the insurance. Avoid at all costs!!! They are a SCUM

Like many others here, I booked a hotel through Nustay and due to Covid-19 my trip had to be canceled. Nustay has refused to process my refund claiming that their no refund policy still applies. The situation is considered as "Force Majeure" in Denmark where Nustay is registered as a company. Being a Danish company, Nustay has to refund their clients by law. By not doing so, they expose themselves to legal prosecution which will definitely happen in the short term. They will also suffer from the very bad image they contribute to create as I doubt anyone reading these comments will dare to book through Nustay for their next holiday trip.

Thanks to the Covid pandemic my conference is cancelled. Nustay is refusing to refund my 3 night stay at the Hyatt. Stay away from this company at all costs

Reservo un hotel en Madrid con una reserva que no permite cancelación. Debido al coronavirus, todo cierra allí. Teatros, cines, restaurantes, museos, etcétera .Es además el foco principal de la enfermedad en España . Renfe me devuelve el dinero aunque es también un billete que no permite cancelación. Obviamente, era un viaje que no tenía sentido. Estos señores a través de MEGAN MACE( con mucha corrección y educación )me dicen que como tengo una reserva sin cancelación me tengo que fastidiar y que no pueden hacer nada por mí . Así que escribo al Hotel, un NH, donde inmediatamente me dicen que me guardan ese dinero para una próxima estancia No recomiendo reservar con esta página, por ahorrarte 10 € luego resulta que te dejan tirado como una colilla y no se esfuerzan lo más mínimo en poner una solución que tuve que obtener vía mi propia gestión

In the past i was really happy with Nustay. But this changed in the last couple days. I booked 2 in Stuttgart for the springfestival. I did not ask for a refund, all i want was to rebook to an other date. I called the hotel and they had no problem with a change of dates. Here is the respond of Nustay. "In spite of all our persistence with obtaining an exception for your case, our supplier's final decision was to keep the original booking." I am not going to book with nustay again. By now we have a quarantain Status in Germany so Nustay will get mail from my lawyer.

Booked a hotel in Brighton, UK in February with Nustay to stay March 19th-22nd. Government advice is to avoid all nonessential travel to stop the spread of the pandemic so I tried to cancel the stay with Nustay. Completely refused to refund or amend the booking. The hotel were very understanding- obviously disappointed to not be getting custom in this hard time, but unfailingly courteous- but only Nustay can provide a refund here. Anna Keith, the customer service agent, has been ignoring my emails and not complying with requests for details to pass on to my insurance company. This company wants to ensnare you and take your money, no matter the consequences and with no regard for you, so avoid avoid avoid.

I’ll start by saying all positive reviews are made by nustay themselves. We have tried to get a refund due to statewide quarantine during corona virus, and they couldn’t have been less than helpful. They do not give refunds and could care less about their customers. Every other travel company I use, has issued a refund. Do not use this company! Would do 0 stars if I could!!

Due to Covid lockdown, my hotel non refundable reservation was useless but not due to my own will. At first Nustay refused to refund anything but after posting a really bad review here like many others in the same situation, they finally did a move and offered a voucher as a compensation. Should have been spontaneous but at least it happened. I just hope that others who did'nt post any reviews will still have something.. shouldn't work like that. Will change again my review once i will be able to use my voucher.

El país de hotel de destino me prohibe la entrada por el coronavirus y el hotel y vuelo me lo cancelan pero NUSTAY NO me devuelve el dinero. en esta situación de pandemia mundial y crisis sanitaria esto es una ESTAFA

Excellent customer service in obtaining a refund for a hotel booking in Las Vegas after the hotel closed for 30 days. Alex was professional, efficient and most importantly, extremely kind during this stressful time. He understood my situation and treated me as an individual. He was patient and persistent in dealing with the Supplier. I am most impressed and would not hesitate to place future bookings with him.

Useless. I just want to reschedule my trip to a later date because my event was rescheduled from corona virus, and they won't help in any way. This company is appalling. Update: Nustay has reached out and offered me a voucher for my original stay which is a huge step up from before, which i appreciate.

Initially, Nustay did not give us a refund for cancelling our hotel reservation due to the coronavirus pandemic, but then they reached out to us recently and were very understanding. They gave us a full refund even though the hotel itself would not give the refund. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will plan to use them again.

Wollte gerade das Geld für eine Buchung über Ostern in Hamburg für ein Hotelzimmer zurückfordern. Die Verbraucherzentrale hat bereits bestätigt, dass Bucher von touristischen Übernachtungen in Deutschland aufgrund von Corona Ihr Geld zurückerhalten würden. Nustay definiert anscheinend die geltenden Rechte neu und will mir nichts zurücküberweisen. Jetzt muss ich extra einen Anwalt einschalten. Bei all meinen anderen Buchungen war die Rückerstattung kein Problem nur bei Nustay nicht.

je tiens à remercier Nustay pour le geste commercial en effet j ai reçu 1 bon d achat du montant de ma réservation annulée du au convid 19 (à la base j avais pris une offre non remboursable ). Ce bon est valable 18 mois et il est à utiliser pour une prochaine réservation . Merci Nustay

Ce sont les moins chers. Par contre ils modifient le prix au moment du paiement et te disent que c’est Google qui fait ça!!!!! J’ai eu à décaler à cause du corona et cela a pris 3 jours pour qu’ils acceptent. 5 étoiles car moins cher et ont décale malgré mon achat non remboursable . Ils sont sérieux.

Nustay ne rembourse rien suite à mon annulation de voyage à cause du confinement imposé par le gouvernement, ne prévient pas l'hôtel non plus, Je n'ai aucun recours car cette société est Danoise. Le correspondant pour résoudre les problèmes ne parle pas français et utilise Google traduction pour vous répondre. Ce n'est qu'après avoir vu mon avis sur Trustpilot qu'ils me proposent un bon sur 18 moi correspondant au montant versé lors de ma résevation. Je vous tient au courant (merci de m'avoir aidé via vos lecture) ;)
