Your prices are higher than booking directly with the hotel and you wouldn’t refund the difference.. lure customer in with low initial price then jack it up 60 cad on check out Not cool

Nustay constantly changed prices or listed hotel rooms that had already been booked. It took forever to finally find something I could book and after clicking the "pay" button the price increased $200 would NOT recommend.

The price doubled in between me booking the hotel and paying for the hotel. It said the price was fixed but it wasn't. The higher charge was charged to my credit card. Not the cheaper price initially shown!

I made a hotel room reservation for 1 night (13.07.2019) thru Nustay website dated on the 28.06.2019. I checked with the hotel on the 09.07.2019 to confirm but was informed that there was no booking under my name. updated: issues rectified promptly. thank you!

Was simple to join and I did get a better deal than I could on the hotel website. Was a bit higher than advertised on the initial Nustay link to reserve but still lower. That was the only thing that disappointed me. Otherwise the reservation was made quickly and easily.

The online booking process was convienient, easy to use, & quick payment & check in confirmation. Would definitely use this service again & recommend it friends. Thank you for keeping it simple & user friendly.

Quick and easy to book through this company. Has a little issue with the hotel , but resolved when I showed the email from my booking. Would defenetly use them again.

Mauvaise expérience site à éviter. j'ai réservé et j'ai réglé par CB 164 €. ils m'ont envoyé un 1er mail en me confirmant que tout était OK. Le lendemain je reçois un mail en me disant qu'ils s'excusaient mais qu'il y avait eu une erreur sur le site et qu'il n'y avait plus de place à ce tarif, il fallait que je rajoute une petite somme de 9€. ce que j'ai fait….. dans l'heure qui suivait un autre mail en me disant qu'il n'y avait plus de place a ce tarif et qu'il fallait que je rajoute 50 €... j'ai tout annulé !!!! ils disent déjà avoir débité mon montant et que ma banque me remboursera. Au secours j'ai peur du suivi !!!! Marie
