France | 04 January 2021J’ai réservé un hôtel via nustay, au vu du confinement mon séjour a été annulé. Après avoir insisté pour avoir un remboursement plutôt qu’un avoir que je ne pourrais pas utiliser ils acceptent enfin. On me demande de patienter 90 jours. Une foi le délai passé je renvoie un mail, on me demande de patienter 90 jours ouvrables supplémentaires. Maintenant le délai largement dépassé, impossible de les contacter, le mail auparavant utilisé n’est plus valide 😡 J’ai dépensé une somme de plus de 360€ j’aimerais récupérer mon argent !!!

United Kingdom | 08 December 2020DO NOT BOOK WITH NUSTAY!!!! I booked accommodation in May which I had to cancel due to covid and lockdown restrictions. I am still waiting for a refund now. They are not responding to emails. They first advised me my refund would take 90 working days. It is now past this period of time and I still am yet to receive my refund. They are a total scam!

United Kingdom | 06 December 2020I booked a hotel in Manila, Philippines for December 15th 2020, due to Covid-19 Restrictions, my flight was cancelled. I informed Nustay, and they said that I would be refunded in 90 days,that has passed and the money is not back back in my credit card. I will never book with them again. They're quick to take your money, but when it comes to refund. They are unreliable. Big time Scammers. Why does it take 90 days to get a refund?

Reponse : il y a un delai de 90 jours pour debloquer la situation. Aujourd'hui la réponse automatique : Nustay a déposé le bilan ... Que faire ? Merci

I cannot go to USA because of the Travel Ban and they said i didnt show up at the hotel so they charge me 100%. The hotel its self has agreed the refund but Nustay send a voucher which i dont want. I have claimed money back from my bank as i reported them for fraud and service not recived. Once i did that they said i didnt show up to the hotel and they T&C say i cant get a refund so i sent a long letter in respons how the fxxx do i meant to travel somewhere i cant go and even hotel them selfs advised not to travel. So the cause has now gone to Visa. Apparenley they went bankrupt now ? Good

United Kingdom | 08 November 2020Avoid at all cost! Found offer on their website for the hotel in the city I was staying. They displayed price of 100£ for 2 nights throughout booking process. Once I typed my credit card details price changed to 186£ and I didn't notice. Once I got in touch with them they said they pricing is dynamic and change continuously..... Absolutely a massive scam! Luckily I got my money back from my credit card provider.

Netherlands | 03 November 2020Ho prenotato un hotel a Roma per una notte (9 Maggio 2020) per motivi di lavoro. Causa COVID, la prenotazione è stata cancellata in aprile. È da allora che attendo il rimborso richiesto e promesso già dalla prima email di risposta, ma attualmente non ancora ricevuto nonostante i 9 solleciti successivi. Ed oggi (2/11/2020!) al decimo sollecito inviato per email, ricevo una risposta automatica che mi informa della bancarotta. Ma di che cosa stiamo parlando? Ma che serietà è questa? Grande massa di bugiardi!

France | 27 October 2020Bonjour, j'ai réservé un hôtel à New York pour juillet 2020 mais avec la Covid 19, j'ai pue annuler en mai 2020 et me faire rembourser ma chambre d'hôtel "NORMALEMENT" Car en effet après avoir contacter le site par mail, et avoir eu plusieurs retours de leur part m'informant que cela aller prendre 90 jours d'attente maximum. Le problème est que le délais et bien révolus et que je n'ai toujours pas eu de remboursement (776€) ni de contact de leur pars, plus aucun signe de vie ... je ne peut même plus les contacter par mail car la boite est pleine. J'attend quand même un signe de vie de leur pars, si non je serais obligé de déposer une plainte contre le site.

Netherlands | 25 October 202030 September geboekt, gisteren aangekomen en kamer bleek gecancelled op 6 oktober. Bellen, Facebook niet bereikbaar. Kreeg wel geautomatiseerde mail dat ze op 2 oktober (?!) gestopt zijn en op 6 oktober failliet zijn verklaard. Toen wel meteen de kamer gecancelled en mij niets laten weten. Daar stond ik dan met mijn 10-jarige zoon.....

France | 17 October 2020J’ai réservé 3 nuit à l’apparteo de Marseille du 11 au 14 octobre par ce site me proposant soit disant un prix défiant toute concurrence. J’ai appelé l’hôtel en question 3 jours avant notre arrivée pour confirmer la reservation, mais à notre grande surprise, aucune réservation n’a été transmise par ce site ( bien que j’ai été prélevé de 170€ sur mon compte le 15 août). Impossible de les joindre par mail ou téléphone et même impossible de se connecter sur leur site pour réclamer explication et remboursement. J’ai été obligé de payer l’hotel Une deuxième fois directement, et de plus 30€ moins cher... autant vous dire arnaque à la clé et insatisfaction. Covid ou pas, ce site et ses gérants ne savent pas anticiper les choses et faire le nécessaire apparemment... à fuir !

Italy | 17 October 2020Sono in attesa di un rimborso da parte di Nustay.com per un soggiorno cancellato causa Covid. Il 23/07 mi hanno chiesto di attendere 90 giorni lavorativi per ricevere tale rimborso. Oggi ho scritto per avere notizie al riguardo e scopro che Nustay è fallita il 2/10/2020. C’è uno studio legale danese che cura il fallimento. Se oggi non avessi scritto per sollecitare chi mi avrebbe avvertito? Nustay ha incassato i miei soldi in data 1/02/2020 e io oggi devo intraprendere un’azione legale per recuperarli!
