I bought a hotel vouchers in Zanzibar via Nustay in Feb 2020. This was before COVID-19 Pandemic. After that in June our flights was cancelled, we contacted and asked Nustay for help. They responded very quickly and gave us suggestion what we should do. Finally they helped us for a cancellation and get 100% refund back, despite the fact that our booking was a 100% prepayment and non- refundable. Nustay is truly trustful, I will surely book our hotel via Nustay in future!! Love you guys and your services!!

I forbindelse med Corona-virus og hjemkaldelse af borgere fra Danmark blev vores Bali ferie afbrudt og hotel booket via Nustay blev aldrig benyttet. Vi kontaktede derfor hotellet der var venlige og indstillet på at kompensere os, med en voucher, men vi skulle gå gennem vores travelagent(Nustay). Efter utallige mails med forskellige levels i Nustay, vender de bare tilbage at det ikke kan klade sig gøre. Utroligt når man selv har gjort forarbejdet for dem hos hotellet, og fået accept fra hotellet. Så afviser Nustay blankt at kompensere...

J’ai demandé le remboursement de mes hôtels durant le COVID 19, il y en avait pour plus de 1000€ d’hôtels ! Aujourd’hui, 4 mois après la demande de remboursement je n’ai toujours rien sur mon compte... ça devait mettre 90 jours... Je suis très en colère.

bonjour, voilà 4 mois que j'ai demandé un remboursement pour un hôtel, le dossier n'avance pas, je n'ai jamais vu ça, je suis soit disant en liste d'attente... les tarifs sont + attractifs que sur d'autres plateformes mais pour nous plus jamais vu le manque de sérieux derrière !!

The team at Nustay were very helpful when dealing with our canceled reservations on our trip to Hokkaido, Japan. Each email was filled with courteous and concerned words, with attention to detail and knowledge of our situation. They handled our cancelation quickly and even got us a credit for a future booking for a non-refundable reservation at a hotel in Narita. Their email replies were prompt and I heard back from them within one day and even the same day. I will definitely use Nustay for booking on our future trips. Thanks Nustay, you're the best! We were booked to stay at a hotel in London as we were attending a concert. Due to the Covid pandemic the concert was cancelled, so we no longer needed to stay at the hotel, even though the room was booked as non refundable. Nustay have issued us with a credit for the full cost of the stay to use at a later date. Can't fault the service given

Booked the Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi through Nustay but the hotel was closed due to Coronavirus and instructed Nustay to pay me a refund. Instead of doing so Nustay told me my booking was non refundable and that the hotel was open, my sister turned up there only to find out it was actually closed and Nustay still won’t pay me my money back. Scam of an organisation.

I always book with nustay and never had any problems. In this covid19 period of course there are special times and we had to move our accommodation dates . They were realy responsive to my emails with really clear information.

Es una vergüenza! NO LO RECOMIENDO reservar hotel con esta página. Al principio de la cuarentena se cerró el hotel donde yo tenía la reserva. Además que: 1) no han devuelto mis 140 euros ( es un robo) 2) no han ofrecido ninguna opción por resolver este problema ( cambiar la fecha o algo) además de esto no tienen el respeto a sus clientes para responder en el misma idioma del cliente! Yo se hablar 4 idiomas, y si en España les estoy preguntando en español tienen que responder en español. No en inglés! Mi peor experiencia de reserva de un hotel......

Denunciad a estos impresentables no solo se han quedado con el dinero de la reserva sino que no dan la cara cientos de correos electronicos y llamadas telefonicas, estos ha hecho el agosto con el covid. Propongo una plataforma digital para los afectados, unidos conseguiremos que no disfruten nuestro dinero. y por favor denunciarlos ante consumo ante la policia aunque os cueste vuestro tiempo

On 19th March , I wrote one star review as first reply for change of date to Rome due to COVID-19 was rejected by Nustay saying we should claim it off our insurance. Since then Tatiana got in touch with me and has helped us get change of date to next year for all 5 of us. Nustay have absolved all extra charges. Tatiana really came through for us and we want to thank her for all the hard work she put into getting the hotel to let us change dates.

Se leggete la mia recensione qui sotto fatta quasi tre mesi fa ii signori di Nustai dicono che il rimborso avverrà in 21 giorni lavorativi ma oggi 21 luglio 2020 non è ancora arrivato nulla .... e neppure hanno avvisato il cliente di eventuali ulteriori problemi subentrati Dal 24 Aprile quanti giorni sono passati ? Come ci si può fidare di una ditta simile ? Perché Nustai vuole perdere clienti in un momento già così critico ? Pensate che prenoterò ancora con voi ? Ora la contestazione è in mano alla mia banca....Contestazione per servizio pagato e no reso tramite il circuito Visa fatta e soldi arrivati ....

Betrüger am Werk, wir haben sechs Monate im Voraus ein Hotel gebucht und mir der Kreditkarte bezahlt. Am Tag der Anreise wurde die Buchung seitens dieses Vermittlers im Hotel storniert, dieses haben wir schriftlich bekommen. Wir mussten jetzt mehr als den dreifachen Betrag ans Hotel zahlen. Und dass, nachdem von Nustay noch drei Tage vor der Anreise nachgefragt wurde, ob wir anreisen werden. Dieses wurde bejaht und uns wurde ein angenehmer Aufenthalt gewünscht. Ergänzung 22.07.2020: Bin gespannt, was Ihre Nachforschungen ergeben, werde weiter berichten. Ergänzung 27.08.2020: Es meldet sich von Seiten des Reisevermittlers Nustay kein Mensch mehr, alles nur Geschwafel! Werde weiter berichten. Ergänzung 02.10.2020: Es meldet sich keiner mehr. Ergänzung 27.10.2020 Wir haben wegen Nichterfüllung des Vertrages das Geld über unsere Bank/Kreditkarte zurückgefordert und dieses nach fast vier Monaten von unserer Bank erhalten. Der Reise-Vertragspartner hat rein gar nichts unternommen, um den Betrag zu erstatten und hat sich nie gemeldet. Und jetzt kommt es: Der Reise-Vertragspartner meldet sich gerade (nach fast vier Monaten des Schweigens) und bittet jetzt dreist um Korrektur der negativen Bewertung. Man habe sein Geld ja doch wieder bekommen. Megadreist!
