If not for Annie my life would be a lot more complicated. I have never been comfortable being away from my pup for any length of time, now I can leave for months at a time if need be for work, family emergency, or holiday travel, though I still miss my pup dearly, Annie always offers face-time, sends tons of updates, and I know without a doubt my pup is in the most loving and capable hands. Annie supervises 24/7, which is required for my pup, provides all the extra care and love at no additional charge, which is unheard of, whether it be treating pre-existing conditions with homeopathic remedies my vet had been unsuccessful in treating, bathing, applying natural preventatives, sending home made bbq jerky treats, or refusing to take additional payment for a last minute request, early drop off, late pick up etc., this is clearly more than a job with Annie and is absolutely her passion. I firmly believe Annie would provide care for no charge at all if there weren't so many willing to pay for her services, and she does for many as she is very involved in rescue...she provides an amazing value and doesn't come near the traditional costs, I couldn't put a price on the quality of care she provides! Annie is a Godsend! Your dog is not only a guest at Annie's but a family member and even after the stay has ended, Annie's care has not. My dog has been staying at Annie's since a puppy, its been years now, and couldn't imagine leaving with anyone else. Reserve early on as she books up fast!

I had Angela watch my dog, Luna, for over two weeks and she was nothing short of amazing. Luna has very sensitive skin and she went the extra mile to give her oil treatment and took her to the groomer as well to help keep her skin moisturized. She was super responsive and gave me updates everyday. If you're going out of town, you should definitely have Angela watch your pet!

This was my first time using Dog Vacay, and it will be my resource for the future. I have a cat, and was able to find someone who takes cats only without much difficulty, by carefully reading the profiles.

When a family emergency came up while we were on the road in our RV, we needed someone on short notice to visit the RV park and tend to our three little dogs in their home-on-wheels for a day. DogVacay enabled us to identify someone close to the RV park who had the experience, confidence and availability to handle our pack (including one whose fear-aggressive behavior has spooked other dog people) without any problems. Recommended!

I found the DogVacay site when searching for a caregiver for our 8 yr old blind beagle, We were planning a month stay in Florida and were not familiar with or knowledgeable of any pet care facilities in the Largo area. Leaving our beagle in a private home seemed more personable and loving than boarding her in a traditional kennel. Being blind we felt she needed something more personable than a commercial kennel. We were very satisfied with her stay in a private home and felt she couldn't have received better care anywhere else. I am so glad I stumbled on the DogVacay website.

My husband and I had just moved to a new location and needed doggy care for our little girl. Bailey is our precious fur baby, a border collie, who has lots of energy and love to give away. Deb's property is a dream for any curious dog. Tons of room to run, investigate squirrels, and a completely fenced yard. Deb herself is kind and compassionate. She learns the personality and preferences of each dog and caters to each pet.

This is a remarkable service for people looking to board their dogs, or find a daily sitter. You can sort whatever city and neighborhood you are looking in and it will sort and find a list of sitters for you. There are profiles of sitter and house, restrictions, customer reviews for each sitter, price, and experience. All sitters I have used have been pretty wonderful, and it is so much more relaxing to know you are leaving your beloved pet with a caretaker in a home, rather than a boarding facility. Give it a try, I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

I always leave my dog at a pet hotel and I felt she was depressed when I would get back from work and/or leisure, but not with Dogvacy. Its a more personal approach and my dog responded well. I would recommend this to any pet owner/lover.
