It is nice to have a back yard for my dog. Choosing a care giver is easy.

I have never had my dogs stay at someone else's home while I was away, I have always had people come to my house and let them out a few times a day. I will NEVER have someone come to my home again and will ALWAYS use DogVacay when I am away. It felt so great knowing they were with someone all day, (I work form home so they are use to someone always being with them) I got update daily and they came home so happy! I know they had just as much fun on their Vacay as I did on mine. So glad I found DogVacay!!

My only real criticism is that the site primarily caters to dogs and therefore almost hides that it offers sitting services etc for other animals too. We have cats but I was unable to create a profile which expressed this and had to detail it in my requests. Other than that everything was great and responses were quick and friendly!

I thought I would give dogvacay a try when my regular dogsitter was unavailable. I was a little nervous about using this system, but needs must! There were lots of sitters to choose from and I got quick responses from staff when I had a problem with cancelling a booking. The sitter we used was great and the payment transaction was smooth. I also liked the messaging system that allowed me to have contact with the potential dog sitters without giving out all of my personal info.

I would highly recommend Dogvacay to anyone looking for trusted, quality care for their dog. We've used this service for several years for our dog and have not been let down. The caregivers are professional, friendly and trustworthy. They send pics and communicate with us while we're gone so we can rest assured that our dog is being well taken care of.

I think she loved her host more than she loves us. Didn't think we would find a last minute sitter so close to the holiday. It was fast and easy to find a perfect fit.

DogVacay's services are great. They have a large, current database of dog sitters, watchers and other service providers, a great and super easy to use interface, everyone is really responsive and if you really get into a jam there's a great concierge service that is very willing to work with you to help you find the service you need. Two thumbs way up!

I have nothing but the best to say about Dog Vacay. This was my first use of this service so I'll start from the beginning. Their website is quite complete and easy to navigate. They promised numerous responses and I got them. The website enabled me to talk directly to the people who would care for my dog, state my needs and limitations. Ashley was among the first to respond. She was relatively nearby and seemed eager and willing. I selected her and she didn't disappoint at all. She was very conscientious, followed my instructions carefully and kept in contact while I was gone. My dog Billie was well cared for...all for a very fair price.

I really want to thank Stephanie for taking great care of my pets over the Christmas Holidays. She was extremely wonderful to my pets.

Oscar had a great time staying with Jason and his two dogs. He must have felt very comfortable because in one picture Jason sent us, Oscar was laying on the sofa with his head on one of the other dog's back!

We really enjoyed using Dog Vacay. I love that we have someone local who is available to look after our dog and treat her like she is one of their own. It feels so much healthier for our dog when she can stay with someone who cares for her in their home rather than in a kennel.

Our experience with Dog Vacay was great. Our host, Khuyen, was fantastic. The photo sharing function of the app and website didn't work, so our host emailed us some photos while we were away. Overall, I would recommend the service to pet owners looking for a happy place for their pup when away.

I got stuck between a rock and a hard place for the holidays when a sitter friend cancelled. Luckily, through DogVacay I was able to book a stay for my dog while I was on an 8 hour car ride. Would recommend.

We loved our experience with DogVacay. Our sitter was wonderful with our nervous little dog. She sent us daily updates and photos. She was flexible with our drop off and pick up times. It was such a relief to know she was safe and in good hands. Loved it and would definitely recommend!
