When I booked dog vacay, nothing was mentioned before hand that there would be a 'trust and safety' fee, so the extra $40 charge came as a complete surprise. However, they did include a coupon which reduced the fee. I suppose it's to make the surprise fee more palatable. I have no problem with the woman who took care of my dogs. She was great. The price we agreed to was what I expected, but not an additional one from the website.

I found the DogVacay website easy to navigate to find the perfect match for quality care for our Mini Aussie. We are now happy return customers and will without hesitation use DogVacay again.

We looked into two sitters that were close to our home and we had an I stand connection to Julie W. Her home was the prefect place for our pups. Since then we have used her regularly, even for just day trips when we know we will be gone for more than a few hours. She has been one of our greatest finds since we moved.

Sitters also list their prior experience, and information such as being able to admister pet medicine, to having worked with more aggressive dog personalities. I've only had good experiences with my sitters, many often provide photos for the owners while they're away. I recommend Dogvacay for all other pet owners.
