We had a vacation planned and then had 2 dog sitters back out 2 and 3 days before we were scheduled to leave. We found DogVacay on line. When our DogVacay sitter backed out on us 2 days before our trip, I called DogVacay on the phone. They answered the phone and within 1 hour their concierge service found us another dog sitter, Sunny, who was great. Check them out. They are good people with a good product!

I was a first time user of DogVacay and it was so easy to make a profile, add info about my pup, and request a vacay in my area for her during the days I needed. I felt comfortable every step of the way. And Bella's host was amazing and really helped her feel comfortable, too. Prices were definitely acceptable for my girl boarding in someone's home and receiving more one-on-one attention than she would get at a boarding facility. I was very satisfied with the care she received and the communication about her stay. I will definitely use DogVacay in the future to book care for Bella when I'm going out of town and can't bring her along.

Easy to work with and Amanda was the BEST. She was very good with my rescue dog that I only had for a couple of months. She kept in touch with me from time to time. She made my little Lucy feel very safe and comfortable. I was also impressed that she would only keep one dog at a time which in my particular case was what I needed as I had just adopted Lucy. She wasn't only sweet to my dog but to me as well. I just hope all the caregivers are as dependable as Amanda!!
