Simple easy process to get a quote for my vintage car. Staff were friendly and helpful stepping through the questions, and deciding the coverage. Then equally easy process to accept the quote and insure my vehicle from the purchase date.

Great website, lets you fill in all the details to get a quote in no time. Prompt reply the next day and easy to accept quote and pay. All in all took about 10 minutes to get insurance sorted, as opposed to more than 50 minutes with another company.

Easy to get a quote, and just as easy to sign-up. The most painless insurance policy process I think I have ever undertaken.

I found the process straightforward, down to earth, and honest. Staff were well informed and easy to deal with. It was a huge move to change insurers of my motorhome, Star were not the cheapest, but gave me the confidence to change, plus if you have a problem you don't work through a third party. It all added up for me.
