The customer service is excellent; I work for a major insurance company and I have to say we have a lot to learn from Star Insurance. But that's just the start. Mainstream insurers won't even allow you to do the smallest of mods, but this company loves them. Tints? No worries? Aftermarket air filter? Sweet as. (I'm not even joking, I had a big insurer threaten to cancel my insurance if I used an aftermarket drop in filter). Plus their policy terms are on par, and in some cases superior to the mainstream insurers. It's as if they actually want to do business with you and appreciate you as a customer, a rarity with insurance companies.
