As well as the reminder of an upcoming renewal they also prompted when I had let it over run. A recent claim was handled well, it was clear what I had to do and the fact that each person I spoke to used clear english language.

We were very pleased how Star handled our claim. We worked through an insurance broker and were very satisfied with the prompt, ease of handling and timing of our claim along with the end outcome.

The claim process was straightforward without any delays. The repairer needed to wait for parts but Star kept us informed and any questions were answered without problem and Star followed up after the repair to see all was well.

When we wanted to purchase a new bike, but needed to view it first before buying and riding it back home. So we rang Star and got a quote, then on the day of purchase all we needed to do was call Star and say we had made the purchase and Star then activated our insurance so we could ride the new bike home.

Didn't listen to my email saying who the insured was. Had to keep sending emails back to get it changed.
