Star Insurance we fine to deal with setting up the policy & taking payment. However, when my car broke down, in Kerikeri, they said they could only roadside assist in Auckland & refused to arrange a tow or car trailer to return it to our home in Whangarei. I was left stranded in Kerikeri & none of the local mechanics would help either as they weren't familiar with european cars.

Seemed like an OK policy. I was wjth Covi but now have a much vheaper motorhome so the full policy is not quite so important. I dont like spending money for insurance but my handbrake likes to be insured
