Quick shipping and all the keyed-alike locks work great with all of the provided keys. Part of my order was Abus dimple-key locks. It's nice to know that Taylor can do keyed-alike dimple key locks with no problem.

Four items ordered and paid LAST YEAR. Received no feed back on shipping. Requested an update in January, was told 3 items ready to ship waiting on B/O to complete. February still B/O March still delayed April I suddenly receive the 3 items you had, told B/O now possible for June 2nd FEED BACK I BELIEVE IS MOST IMPORTANT Thankful need was not urgent, but really.

The padlock purchase was smooth as expected. I had ordered a different product than I originally planned. But after close examination decided to keep it anyway. Customer service was very easy to work with giving me the option to return it if I wanted. Great going guy's. I definitely recommend Taylor Security for your lock needs.

I was told 3-4 week for delivery. Items were delivered in over 6 weeks. I would have taken other alternatives if I would of known. Deceitful practice.

It was fairly easy to navigate the website and Taylor was upfront with prices although added shipping seemed a bit expensive but I did get the locks within the stated time.

Although it took me a while to actually find what I was looking for, I knew exactly what I needed but not the actual part number. I did eventually find it and it was very easy to order. I tend to buy all my locks from here, and there's been over 5 orders and maybe 20 locks thus far. That is the best testimony.
