The order I received had been opened and parts missing to install the part . I talked with Jose from Taylor Security & Lock , he made sure a new part was provided to replace my order as well as all it's parts to install it . Generally Taylor is always super fast shipping and always on the ball. However, they plain shipped the wrong product this time.

I don't give 5 stars, generally, as your website should generally be providing a concise, accurate sales transaction. That should be the minimal baseline for all website sales. Sadly, it isn't always the case, but your site works well... as expected.

great product and price but delay with shippinh

Misleading information on their website and poor communication. Ordered a dozen door handles from this company on May 1st because their website said everything was in stock ready to ship. Next day I received a brief email saying all items had to be ordered from the manufacturer with a 3-4 week lead time. At 4 weeks I contacted them via email for an ETA and got a one line reply that the order would ship on 6/18. The delivery I received on 6/20 was only a partial shipment with 2 items noted on the packing slip as back ordered and I have heard nothing more from the company and have no idea when the other items will arrive. Will not use this company again.

I have arthritis in my hands so round door knobs just getting harder for me to use so I purchased 3 of these door handles about a year ago, for my outside doors. They made a world of difference. Recently I got the them for my inside doors what a change. The feel of them felt solid after installed, like that very much. The style looks great in my home. Really like Kwikset products.
