Perfect replacement for our old front door handle equipment

Order was placed in June 2022, when I inquired about the status in August of 2022, I was told it was backordered until February 2023. In early April 2023, I had given up on the order and placed an order elsewhere. On April 11, 2023, I received an email that my order had shipped. Fortunately I was able to cancel the other one, but certainly wish I had been updated on the order status.

Fast delivery and great product

I purchased a product from their online store at an advertised price of $45 and also showed in stock. The next morning I receive a call telling me that the the price on the website is actually wrong and that they will increase the price on the order or they will cancel it. If you are advertising a price and your system allows me to complete the transaction then you should honor the price that was listed and take the hit on the business if the product ends up costing you more. How is it evolving to my problem if you cant update your information? Absolutely terrible business practice and I would stay away from companies like this advertising pricing and then changing them ‘because their team had not updated the pricing’. Typical bait and switch.

Good communication and special order item received exactly as requested

I received my Charlie bar and it was bent in half and broken. I’ve tried to call, but they have been closed by the time I get home from work. I filed a claim with UPS , but haven’t heard anything back. I have had a Charlie bar for 22 yrs and loved it. That’s why I ordered another one. I hope to get it resolved soon.

Taylor security had a hard to find item that I needed. I called ahead to verify the website and they answered my call and was very professional. I then ordered the product online and they arrived very quickly for a reasonable shipping price. The items were a perfect fit and they were OEM keys.
