It said on your website that it was in stock. I place an order and then about a week later i get an email stating that this is no longer in stock. Now it was on backorder for an extended amount of time.

Order processed quickly. When there was an issue with order, due to delivery service, customer service was prompt and helpful to follow through to resolve. I will order through company again.

The locks are the correct size, which our local supplier could not provide. However, it took about 9 weeks to receive them after we were told the lead time would likely be 4-5 weeks.

Your prices are attractive. Delivery is slow however but understand you don’t hold stock and order through the manufacturer.

They did not have all of the product in stock and reached out to see if I wanted a partial delivery with the rest of the order sent as soon as they received it. I agreed and the order was sent with the additional items sent about 4 or 5 days later.
