The large order was delivered on a time table that was disclosed at the time of the order. It arrived well packaged and protected from damage. Good price compared to other sites.

A suggestion: It would be helpful to know when the expected shipping and arrival dates would be at the time of ordering. For example, including that information on the item page. That helps know if the items will arrive when needed.

First time customer order was expedited I did not have to wait the 6 weeks previously quoted to receive the new door handle. It would have been a better experience, if you did not have to pay for shipping which was expensive, I would have liked additional options for shipping to lower my total cost of this purchase.

the locks I wanted were out of stock save for 2. I choose to wait for the rest. Master has discontinued the line and was offered to take the two or cancel the order. Good communication and friendly service. I did get the 2 locks as I've used the same ones, keyed a like for decades. Taylor was the only company that conveyed that they were discontinued. I needed to know that so I could shop around, realizing it was now or never. You get knowledgeable people at Taylor. That's the importance of Taylor to me.
