3rd order in a row that I have placed for in stock items only to be told after order is placed, that items are not in stock and have a 4-6 week lead time. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Ordered in April, part of the order came in August and part was still not shipping so we cancelled it. Customer service difficult to get a hold of and did not take any initiative

I wanted a Schlage Two-cylinder Brushed Satin Brass deadbolt, and I found out this particular lock is extremely hard to find without paying a premium. Taylor had the lock though it had a lead time of a few weeks. However, delivery was within two weeks at a very fair price. Professional company! Go with them!!!

The cost of shipping was real expensive. The only saving grace is that the product I ordered is as advertised, in perfect condition and delivered as promised.

Ordering was easy, Bur took weeks to have made.(?) Not a real issue, but did get what I ordered, and were installed same day (Replacing 20+ years of same type such that the black plastic cracked)

I ordered 4 dummy lock handles that came in less than two weeks. The same special order would have taken over a month at Home Depot or Menards. I will definitely use this company again
